They didn't care about rules or laws or anything. No cop in their right mind would ever try to actually apprehend one of them. Even the great officer Norcross couldn't take all of them. When they were done with their string of robberies, they met in the center area, and warped their plunder back. "Alright. So we are going to take a bit of a vacation from the manner. You see... I need to know what's going on. See that ship over there? I need to know what that is, and why it is. I also need to know any influential world events.
