The Skintenna Network is where, if you have your Skintenna switched on, you may talk to and hear your friends, as long as they are in range. It is quite a long range though, if you are in the city, but for the Cutters, who are often outside of the city, the range is at least two meters long, in a circle around you. There are different channels you can tune into. The Wardens' Channel, which is where the Wardens talk and confer with each other on their rounds. The Cutters' Channel, which is a channel only the Cutters can tune to, and is a channel they mostly keep on, but there are times they turn them off. Specials' Channel, a channel only Specials' and Cutters can tune into. Pretties' Channel, which is where most Pretties talk to each other. Cutters', Specials', and Pretties' Channels have Private Channels in them you can make, talking only between you and the other person, or group of people.
