Don't kill yourself
Instead of holing yourself up in your room, get some earphones and listen to some non suicidal music or just listen to music and go online and just converse with others, just talking to others can help, not about your problems at the start, maybe, but just to enjoy each others company.

Not much I can say, man, maybe bulk up and start listening to metal? Any kind'll do: Yngwie Malsteen, Enforcer, 3 Inches of Blood, Overkill, Death, Megadeth, Tank, Racer X, Airbour- HELL just listen to some widdlysmiddlies like Reverend Horton Heat and Joe Satriani. Emerson Lake and Palmer and Yes'll do in a pinch.

Now that you have the mind of a warrior, you'll need the physique of one. Weight training is as easy as lifting broken bricks and blocks in your basement while watching YouFace videos. Don't have any bricks? Every hardware store is plump full of 'dem little bitches. Start of with cinderblock pushups; and burpees; and shït, then use bricks to develop your future ******** (caps mandatory) further, work up to bricks-on-sticks, then your old pals Cinder and Blocks, and finish it off with bags of cement: ONE FOR EVERY ******** APPENDAGE, ESPECIALLY YOUR c**t. Despite what those jock assholes say in the movies: cardio, Yoga, and Ballet are absolute musts; ******** don't mean s**t if the rest of your body can't support them. ONLY SUCKAS AND BITCHES THINKING CURLING IS THE BE ALL END ALL TO WEIGHT TRAINING. Also get a dehumidifier if you're doing this in the basement, don't need mold and bacteria killing you before your journey begins. This is going to take a long a** time, AND I MEAN A LONG a** TIME, but it'll cost next to nothing. It'll also be nice to know that this might not help much depending on your body type. Luckily there's a "2/3" chance you're not an ectomorph, so I'm going to assume you're apart of the Endomorph Übermensch and will masturbate to Elimination until you bulk up. If you are an ectomorph, than skip this step by getting a knife, napalm, and some ruffians.

Now that you have a bitchin' a** gang with some sweet a** muscles any challenge in your way will be beaten to death. You know who says violence doesn't solve anything? Hippies. DEAD HIPPIES. With your newfound ******** you can travel the European Underground in a red-n-black train of drugs and death until you get a gun, and because no one in Britland owns a gun you can easily take over and become Queen, RUINING THE LIVES OF ALL THOSE WHO OPPOSE YOU.

RECAP
1. Listen to Metal (Get Confidence)
2. Bulk Up (Level Up Comfdence)
3. Kill and Overtake (Blow Confidence on Stripper's['] Tits)
3a. (Optional) Kill Stripper(s) Too

HAPPINESS IS LITERALLY THAT EASY.

But seriously Metal/Prog/Dad-Rock, basement weight training, and cardio are absolute world changers and should not be looked down upon: any question you can have about optimizing your body have already been answered by 4 YouFace videos and 3,433,892 posts on training forums. Seriously.

You could also cope with it in the oldest way possible: rapping. Doesn't need to be all De La Soul and Grandmaster Flash by spittin' some fly lyrics over Funkadelic tracks, yo, with P.O.S., Dr. Steel, Deltron, and even Portishead blazing trails (a decade ago) with "alternative hip-hop," ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE.

Poetry's fun and all BUT MAKING MUSIC BY STEALING FUNKADELIC IS ******** LEGITMADSHIT, YO.

But seriously, don't ********' diss Blackalicious and J5.

Thanks you two...

Non suicidal music? I never have listened to suicidal music saying to go kill myself.

Ironically enough, I listen to Popular Christian music. That's about it. Maybe 1 band that isn't Christian. But all the others I listen to? Are Christian or they could be considered as Christian.

Yeah shocker.

And I try to talk to others about random stuff, but half the time I come out as sounding harsh.... so it doesn't usually work so well.

Okay and the other responder.
I don't have a basement, nor do I have bricks therefore that plan fails. As state before, I don't listen to metal and such, unless it's considered Christian (Like Seventh Day Slumber) And it's not like I'm not fit, like I have no confidence at all. I'm in marching band, front ensemble actually. Having to push everything up the hills to the field, yeah I'm fit enough. I'm the leader. I have to show some confidence.
If that makes any sense.

Then you mention rapping....
Oh gosh I read that and I laughed. Not a good laugh. one of those scary insane laughs.
The ex? That guy? He was a 'rapper' he still does. That's what he uses to threaten me with.

Uh let's just not go with rapping shall we? bad. memories. -shudder-

You need a friend, a good one, and to stay away from guys. Don't hate em, but friend-zone em ALL. And make it clear. That way you can pick out the ones that want in your pants. You...you were sexually assaulted. And now you are getting death threats. Don't be scared, but don't confront him. Stay as far away from him as possible. Talk to people, online, offline, just to be friends. Distract yourself, study at school until 6p.m in the night. Studying is a good distraction.
You have to hold your head up high, and take the steps to a new way, or you won't go anywhere.

Alright, rapping was desperation tactic that I full endorse avoiding, although checking out the artists listed is still recommended; but I understand if you don't want me to push them, and, yeah, confidence might be the wrong word, but "intimidation" just sounds so barbaric. Ya' don't gotta' get ripped or nuthin', but having a little tone will distract people tryin' to make a fuss. Street fightin' is a lot like a fashion show, little more than flexing and struttin'. Of course this won't work with your parents, which I, thankfully, have no advice that'll just probably ruin your life if you followed it.

Get into game modding. Practically every engine is free to use (for non-commercial projects) with the purchase of titles that use them. The Source, Creation Engine, and Gamebyro are highly recommended: TF2 is free so Source is covered, The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion; Fallout 3; and Fallout : New Vegas grant access to the meh Gamebryo, while The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim lets you use the Creation Engine. The Build and all id Tech engines up to 4 are free to use in commercial ventures, not to mention Unity is (apparantly) pretty boss for F2U (but not F2S.) 3D games too hard ta' make? Lunar Magic is an easy to use free program, RPG Maker VX Ace and GameMaker have acceptable trials to see if you want to drop $70 and $50 on a dream. Don't diss M.UG.E.N. either, it ain't much but anything to help hone your skills'll be worth a mention. Speaking of which Twine is a cute and easy prgram to cool your brain.

DISTRACTION IS REALLY THAT EASY. Unless you're posting from a tablet, where all you have is da' Horton Heat. Widdlyskiddlin' your heart away.

My face is reflected in the water...
It's a shining grin full of hope...

Before I say anything regarding your troubles, I want to let you know that such a thing as "suicide"- and I'm going to disagree with you, here- is never a "viable" option. During quite a bit of my time in depression, I relied on God to help me through it- I relied on such beliefs. What you have to give yourself is a reason to live. You spoke about the past- the present, even- but I want you to take a moment, and think about the future. What dreams have you??? Goals, ideas, inspiration- anything. The only thing that suicide does is take those things away from you. In our depression, we come to believe that ending our own lives may well be the best option, but it never is- it shouldn't be an option. Yes, it takes away the pain that we feel, but it pains others, as well- it takes away not only your life, but that of those who, whether or not you'd like to believe, love you. It's a loss of, not only oneself in entirety, but others, as well. It hurts someone- trust me. Even if it's a person of whom you've never met- that one kid at school that you've never spoken to, anyone- there's going to be someone. What's important, though, is you. You see, when we dwell on such things as the past- even the present, at times- we come to think negatively. The memories that preserve themselves the best are those of which are traumatizing- those of which that haunt us. I know it's difficult- I've been there- but think about the future for a change. Make goals for yourself, and find a reason to live. Without a reason to keep oneself alive, we come to easily fall upon Death's door asking to be taken away. This is the most important step in be ridding oneself of depression. The future.

Though I could seemingly ramble onwards endlessly about your problems- I won't. I want you to talk to me, not just listen to me. I'll await whatever replies you have, and openly answer them to the best of my ability.
First, however, I'd like you to visit my Gaia profile. You won't find what it is that I'm directing you towards directly on the page, however you will upon clicking the "Help Page" button in the lower right corner.

... Or it could be a look of somber silence struggling with fear...
What do you see reflected in your face???

You.

I came home tonight. Done with everything. Church Bible school, just being an outcast not being able to talk to anyone there without being ignored.

I told myself it was time. time to die, to end everything. I was ready.

I come on here, to close everything off. To be done.

Then, I saw that you quoted me on here. I came to see what genius ideas you had, that being sarcastic.

Then I read it. I read your post. I read your profile.

...Thank you.

It's kinda funny, after all of that you typed. After what you just did, knowingly or unknowingly, all I can say is Thank you.

Stefan Lee Salvatore

I'm glad to be able to help, is all. Feel free to keep in touch- I'd gladly remain in contact. In my eyes, a stranger is merely a friend whose name I've somehow forgotten, and you're just the same- a friend.
