Now known as 'The Gangster's Paradise', entire gang armies constantly pit battles against each other. Some are Sinner Deadmen, others are secretly Undertaker Corps and a few are completely normal and, often, oblivious gangs formed by normal people.
Very few supplies are left around, so the only reason people are here are to live and to fight.
