 Laxion Asmodius Corps
Ruby was the leader of the group, that was definite, in even the worst of times she had a plan. Laxion followed through as he quickly helped Alexis get back, letting him see the wound, luckily it was just a slice that wasn't too deep. Re-gripping her staff she readied herself, not without cringing at the hissing sting of her wound however. Ruby ran forwards and upon slicing teh rolling boulder in two she clashed with the leader. Gazing up at the two Alexis could see how they were at each other's throats, eyes staring into each other's with emotions both equally different.
The flag barer seemed confident at first, shouting some harsh words until at his own expense and surprise his pole broke, snapped in two as Ruby pushed against it to jump back away from his small army. Cursing under his breath some of the minions ran in fear before regrouping sooner or later. tossing the halves aside he quickly stepped backwards and chanted some evil, dark tongue and brought out a dagger and stabbed a nearby tree. Laxion then sensed a change in the breeze, it all centered towards the tree. 'Ruby! Clear away from the tree!' he announced.
He had to clear all the minions... if not this won't go down well, whatever power was manifesting the tree was powerful and with a small army they wouldn't stand much of a chance. This was almost stupid however... they defeated a lord of Hell... perhaps... they had to be unafraid of letting go again. Last time they had the world to think about, now it was just themselves. But... they had to protect each other.
'Stay behind me!' he warned Alexis as he crossed his arms, hands pointing over his shoulders muttering 'Wind, guide me and lend me your power'. His eyes then turned grey as he stretched his arms out, gathering air and his knees gave way so he could kneel on the ground. Thrusting his arms forwards two mini tornadoes clashed into one orb like force that threw the minions aside, over trees, into trees, past trees and even caused the death of their leader. At least now they won't be risen from the dead.
Now though, with his apparent and rather rare showcase of air magic he was weak as his shoulders hung down trying to push himself up from the ground. Now it was down to Ruby to defeat the Cursed Ent that now walks... or someone else will have to save them.
((Ruby can do some super awesome move here if you like hehe, i plan on brining in Lucas and Lysander in my next post so by then everyone will be like, well. not in the best shape hehe, well my two won't, you can surprise me with Ruby tehe))

Ruby's eyes seemed to darken with rage, and she was transforming back into the girl once called R.E.D. Putting all her weight into the sword, the leader's staff snapped. The creatures lunged towards her, but she was able to avoid them only killing three with one swing of her sword. However, the leader still had time to perform one more spell before he was blown away in a gust of wind that Laxion had conjured.
The male warned her to stay away from the tree, but she couldn't make out his words over the noise. The snapping of large tree roots rang through the area as the tree began forming legs. Ruby lifted her sword in self defense when the tree began to lean forwards. There was no way she could evade the Ent in such a short amount of time. A bark skeleton hand impacted the earth next to her, make her lose her balance. The facial features of a human were noticeable as the Ent leaned down to observe Ruby. Opening is mouth, it roared almost forcing the insignificant girl back.
In all her years of training, Ruby had never been up against an enemy as tall as a skyscraper. Not only was the enemy ten times bigger, she was going to have to manage the fight on her own. Laxion was exhausted from his last attack, and Alexis was injured. After the wind around her died down, she flipped her long white hair out of her face and moved forward.
The Ent's right hand was still planted on the ground which was a good platform for the female to get to the Ent's skull. She assumed the monstrosity had formed some kind of intelligence so that was where she needed to strike. Taking the guns apart, she advanced towards its hand as it used its other hand to swipe at her. Glancing back, she ducked on the ground into a ball as the hand glided over her. Loading a blizzard bullet, she fired at the Ent's planted hand making it fuse with the ground unable to move at the moment. The creature wouldn't be immobilized for long so she quickly jumped onto its hand, and began running up its arm. As she did so, she stabbed her sword into its arm slicing it in half until she made it to the shoulder joint. Swinging her sword diagonally, Ruby was able to sever the Ent's arm. It roared and writhed in pain as the albino held onto a thick branch sticking protruding off the neck area. (You can tell me if that was a bit much. If it is i'll change it.)

((i love it, very anime-ish... or should i say. RWBY-like. hehehe))
Gawping at Ruby, the two watched as she single-underhandedly wounded the Ent greatly, she even severed its barked arm! 'uh!' Alexis moaned as something nicked at her shin, looking behind her there was one more little minion trying to get at her leg, but with a shove she threw it aside and let loose an arcane cannon. As she peered back at the Ent Ruby was still in place and hanging on tightly to the Ent's neck. But from within its trunk came an unexpected horror, witht eh aching groans of the very wood it was made from it tore and writhed with agony as it creating an appendage to replace its last. Laxion tried to help by using his spear head to wrap around the arm and tighten it against another branch, but it was far to strong as it pulled back on his metallic rope and threw him past Ruby. 'Laxion!!!' screamed Alexis as she gazed upon the flying elemental, ending with a thud against another tree.
Meanwhile, it let out a menacing war-cry that shrieked and caused for a miniature sonic-boom then caused Ruby to fly from her position on the Ent. Luckily she didn't suffer too much, avoiding a nasty tree like Laxion, but as Alexis tried to aid him she tripped and landed on the muddy ground, winded by the impact she struggled to breathe. At last... it seemed like a new kind of magic was beginning to earn its reward, just like before with the Shadowmancers... not many people were able to defeat them. The powers of the Underworld were to be reckoned with!As all hope seemed to dwindle, only one thing seemed viable, a miracle.
And a miracle would come, from the corner of their eyes came a white light as Lucas Purevelion, their own very protector, the guardian of the team, the one they all looked up to. He walked with a heavy and fast pace leading closer to the monster. Throwing his blade it shot for the Ent as white magic forced it from the ground, many white orbs then surrounded it and flew upwards before slicing down through it and into the ground, shortly followed by the Purevelion blade that pinned it into the ground. Quickly, he then attended to Ruby 'May Injustira heal the innocent' he said with a short prayer as white magic forged protection around her, causing her wounds to no longer hurt, but were still there. He then continued the magic over to the other two to preserve their life. But then, the Ent was relentless and threw the blade aside as it sent a volley of poison spikes at him, he caught the blade and tried to defend against them, following with some rays of light that attacked from the sky. But then the Ent retaliated, holding its hands to its forehead, crossed, magic ignited with a purple essence before bringing is hands to its sides and BOOM came a giant beam of dark energy.
Their powers clashed as the Purevelion Blade tried to protect its wielder, though it was surprisingly powerful as Lucas was being pushed back through the dirt, gales brushing through his robes and hair before a glaire of golden light shun from the sky. In a beam of golden dust a figure hit the ground and gathered into the stature of Lysander. He had the skills of a monk, arrounding his arms, hands and fingers into that of a stance typical of ancient asian arts. He then ran up to the Ent and dissapeared in a glow of light as glowing figures just like him randomly appeared and vanished after delivering a punch or kick to the Ent in random directions. After the final blow the Ent flung backwards against a cluster of trees. "Lucas!' he began 'Go, protect the te-' he was cut off.
Lysander after attaining a blow was lucky enough to keep his stance as his feet were forced to scrape along the ground several feet! And then the monster was about to deliver the same dark beam as before. And as the magical cannon began to deliver its power Lysander crossed his arms and tried to defend against the raw power! It was obviously apparent that Lysander was soon becoming outmatched too, but... there was something different. Laxion awoke now and managed to gawp at teh scene, Alexis, who had watched the entire time noticed how Lysander lasted longer than Lucas, and without further ado, the beam finished as Lysander flung some of the energy behind him with a golden glow. From his chest came the golden glow that stretched to his face, his legs and arms before dulling down. Shimmering armour covered his body, a hood covered his head and magnificent wings burst from his back.
The battle was then quickly over as he held out a hand with his middle and forefinger pointed up, others enclosed to his palm. A sudden pulse of golden light shot for the Ent as it was vaporised, leaving behind only the cursed dagger. With a sigh, Lucas and Lysander... presumably him, turned to the others who were now closer because of Lucas' efforts.
Laxion and Alexis gawped at the... Angel. And then it spoke, they could not see his face under the hood but his voice hummed with the sound of creation. "Team Elixer... I have not been completely honest with you. My real name is Lysandiel, High Angel of Hope"
(((soo soo sorry this is long, i don't feel very happy witht he quality of this either but i wanted to speed things along! :'( Hope you enjoyed!))

Ruby could hear another cracking noise, and looked down to see that the Ent was regenerating a new limb. After all the work of trying to get to his head, and dealing quiet a bit of battle damage on the way was a failed effort. She glanced over to where Alexis and Laxion were, and saw that Laxion decided to take abrasive action. He attached his spear head to the Ent's arm, but with the creatures incredible strength Laxion was tossed into a tree. Alexis screamed his name as did Ruby, but the two females at the moment were powerless to help him. Ruby got ready for an attack when the Ent before some spell or something, but whatever it was the albino found herself flying threw the air.
She hit the ground with a thud and rolled a bit, but she mostly got winded. Although, there was a couple of scrapes here and there, but luckily nothing severe. Still, she was weak at the moment, and ready to pass out. The states of her friends were the only thing keeping her conscious at this point. Alexis was making her way over to Laxion when she slipped into the muddy. Ruby gathered herself, and limped over to the two as the Ent got ready to make another assault on the trio. She wasn't certain that she would be able to protect Alexis and Laxion this time, but just then their prayers were answered. Out of nowhere, Lucas showed up. Lucas was amazing when he battled, and Ruby seriously regretted how she wanted to disregard the rules put her friends and everyone else in danger. She was horrible, and didn't deserve to be taught by Lucas or to even have the title of friend.
Lucas came over and healed her wounds, yet she didn't dare look him in the eyes. At least she felt rejuvenated, and was able to drag her pathetic a** over to Alexis and Laxion. Lucas, however, reentered the battlefield because now the Ent became hostile. It was able to produce a huge dark beam, and fire it down at Lucas. Ruby's eyes widened in horror, but Lucas didn't receive a signal scratch on him. His pure white clothing didn't even have one speck of dust on it. This was why Lucas was their mentor after all, and she seriously doubted that the tree of them could never compare to his superior standards. Even with all the mentors strength the Ent had succeed in pushing him back.
Ruby was ready to come to his aid when a golden beam appeared to save the day. Lysander, at first seemed like a frail old man, but now she hardly recognized him...literally. He stood his ground against the beam until it canceled itself. Lysander, was showered in gold which happened to form armor along with elegant angel wings. He was an alluring being that could never be found on earth. With his finger, a golden beam shot out and complete obliterated the great tree. Lysander, revealed himself to be exactly what he looked like, an angel. Ruby didn't feel worth to look upon him just as much as Lucas, but she couldn't advert her eyes from the sight. (Its awesome! I love it! Your reply is way better than mine)

Finally, the mists of the land fell silent, the very air that weaved between the leaves slowed for the harmonious being that was Lysandiel. Rumour has it that Angels are born of light, and that their existence echoes the Big Bang. His armour was intricate and mainly golden, layers of cloth would hang so lavishly from his plate. A delicate array of cream and dull oranges made him what would seem an angel born from the death of a monk himself.
Alexis and Laxion, as wounded as they were began to stand alongside Ruby, they gawped and felt so stupid... they had wrongfully sneaked into the Reliquary and ended up like this. It was then that the two looked down in shame, seeing that Ruby felt the same or perhaps even worse than themselves. In that moment they took in a breath and felt like school children again, being scolded by their teachers once again for speaking in class.
"We're sorry...' sighed Laxion, being the male protector of the group, wanting to take the bulk of whatever it is they're about to have befalling them. Lucas Purevelion replied softly, but strongly with "It's been three days, Team Elixer" and then he himself sighed. "But at least we've found you", Alexis and Laxion then stared up to the White Paladin. "w-what?" asked the wizard, Lysandiel then spoke up to overrule Lucas and said "By using my artefice you have transported yourself to the Land of Crows at the expense of three days of your life. Mortals are not meant for such mystical power, you're lucky to have survived. You were not fighting any kind of man from our world, they were Risen, from the Underworld. Here, my dear mortals, reside hordes of unholy creatures fueled by the pure evil intentions left behind by the Creation of All (Big Bang). You are right to feel wrong, to feel injustice and unworthy - but I have seen, and I have realised why it is that the land of the living is worth fighting for. Alexis, R.E.D, Laxion. You three bring fourth hope, and even in the darkest of times... mortals continue to try and never give up when all hope seems lost. This is my admiration, and this... incident, is something that you three should learn from."

Ruby looked from Lysandeil, than to Alexis and Laxion whom felt the same as she did. She couldn't help herself, and wanted nothing more than to apologize but that wasn't enough to atone for her mistakes. The albino waited until a few minutes, thinking of the right words to say, but fortunately Laxion had her back. He really was like Nyru in so many way, if only the two could meet each other.
The girl lifted her head in surprise because three says had passed apparently when the team had only been in the Land of Crows for at least an hour or two. Did time flow differently here or not at all? The device they used came with a price, and even though the price didn't sound heavy, it was. Lysandeil said by using the artefice they could have died. She could have killed her friends because her curiosity got the best of her. The girl placed her hand on her stomach feeling sick. The next thing Lysandeil said shocked because it truely made her question herself and her morels. Unholy creatures rise up from hell within the lands, and she remembers that she is from that place. In her memories people are calling her a monster, unworthy, and other discouraging words. Maybe she's an unholy demon! She put her everyone in danger, and didn't think about the consequences until now. Ever since she joined the team, strange occurrence have been happening in her life that have never happened before. Everyone she met either befell great misfortune or disappeared, but this these could all be coincidences, right?
Ruby backed away, turned around, and threw up what little food she had in her system. She brought hope in dark times, bullshit! She was a monster, and the facts were clear! She fell to her knees becoming dizzy as her brain over loaded with thoughts. The next thing she knew she was laying in the grass half conscious.

The three seemed to learn from their mistakes, Laxion and Alexis sighing in the shame of what they had done, but in thanks that they were forgiven. Though... not all of them would take it so well. Ruby was in the midst of viewing her last meal and Alexis couldn't help but pull a face i disgust. Laxion meanwhile asked "Ruby, what's the matter?". Lysandiel tilted his hooded head in surprise, he never truly understood the concept of eating or regurgitating, after all, he never had to live by such rules. Lucas however was raising a brow at the name change, perhaps finally she had given up the tag of R.E.D.
Lucas Purevelion however looked up to the angel and said "we should get back to the summit, nurse the team back to health and give them a break for a few days." and then he turned to Ruby and placed an arm over her shoulder. "You have no need to be dwelling on such emotions, Ruby, the past cannot be changed... but your future is bright. " he then spoke more quietly. "There is a light within your heart that would outshine even the darkest corners of the Underworld".

Ruby sat up, and shook her head trying to regain herself. Laxion asked her if she was fine, but she didn't answer. Lucas came over to comfort her, but she pushed him away. She stood up, sustaining her balance, and backed away. "How can you say that. Of course the past cannot be changed, but it can be replayed. My future is bright!? Look where were standing!" Tears flowed down her cheeks as she inhaled and exhaled deeply. "There is no light! And if there is I don't belong in it or deserve it! I almost lost everything again because more than anything I wanted to know who I was, and now I know. I'm a monster!"
She stumbled holding her head in pain. "I don't know what to do. If I leave I will lose you guys, and probably never see you again. And if I stay...well its the same result." She fell to her knees holding herself. "I don't want to feel this pain anymore..."

Laxion and Alexis couldn't understand Ruby's torment... but then she explained everything, she divulged all mental pain that had disrupted her harmony. "..Ruby?" gawped Laxion, surprised to see this side of her, what happened to the Ruby that was happy... this was worse than when she acted like a robot. Lucas kept his distance this time and stared down to the girl, not in a long time had he been thrown off in such a way. He then stared around very slowly, looking to the team and then to Lysandiel.
"Pain?" exclaimed Alexis. " If you don't want to feel it then don't believe it! No one should ever give up or give into the darkness! Giving up is the easy way and personally..." her tone quietened. "Those that give up aren't worth fighting for".
Laxion then gawped at Alexis, this argument was quickly getting out of hand and soon enough he could picture the three of them not quite succeeding as a trio for much longer. Lysandiel however, was becoming tired of this petty rant, it reminded him of his brethren in the skies when they disagree and quarrel, never reaching a decision together.
Laxion then tried to speak up and said " You two are both taking this out of proportion! No one is giving up and no one is going to stop fighting for anyo-"
"SILENCE!" rang the not so harmonious chimes of Lysandiels voice now. He turned into gold dust as his figure shot up a few feet and then came crashing down between the three of them, Lucas staying some steps back as the angel rematerialised. "This is not why i look over your realm, this is not why us Angels have fought to protect you're lives!" his tone was harsh and slow paced. "Is this not, what you have all been fighting against?! I had chosen you three to be of equal respect and might to Lucas, but if you continue like this, neither of you will get anywhere... Ruby. Your mind can be relinquished of its barriers, and i'm sure that your companions will be there to support you" at least now he was not shouting, but he was still speaking without giving them an inch to reply.
"If you want our help, all three of you, then Team Elixer must settle the differences, get over the obstacles and solve the problem. For once we know what we must do, we shall do whatever it takes to fix it. There is... always Hope, and i will assure that untilt he very day i cease to exist. "

Ruby continued to wallow in self pity until Alexis spoke. Her words were like knifes, but they were true. She was giving up because she thought the price of accept the light would be to lose them. She looked up, and stared at Alexis through her watery vision. Laxion began to yell, probably because of the tension of the conversation. Before Ruby had time to answer, Lysandiel came between the group. His voice echoed through the silence, but his words were soothing. Lucas said they should learn something from this trip, and she assumed that each other them learned that they needed to depend on each other to survive.
Ruby had been so selfish up to this point. She never gave a thought to how Alexis or anyone else felt. The albino had been independent for so long it was hard to accept her teammates putting themselves in danger for her, just as she does for them. They were picked for a reason, and she needed to quit pushing that fact away. She kept dwelling on the past, when the present was far more important. Her friends would be there to support her no matter what. She wanted to solve this obstacle now.
The female stood up, dried her tears, and stared at the others. "I'm sorry to everyone. Lucas, and all of you are right. I feel the pain from all my thoughts start to dwell away. Lysandial, I accept your teachings and Lucas, but more importantly I accept my friends and myself. Alexis, Laxion please forgive me." (Sorry, its corny and sounds stupid)

"good" stated Lucas, stepping back into the conversation. Then Alexis looked down and gras her arms around herself "sorry...". Laxion then sighed, thankfully everyone was almost getting happy again. And then Laxion looked up into the sky and wanted to say one thing. "We might not have been together long... but who knows... we could be together for a long time. Our hearts have been tied together for something great... its like... we're all part of a triangle.". Lucas couldn't help but smile, the Injustira's syndicate's symbol was made from a triangle, but Lysandiel resonated his voice quietly and said "the triangle of hope. Courage, Passion and Loyalty.".
"anyway" Lucas quickly moved on. "Very sorry but we do need to get you all back before any diseases set in". And then Alexis raised a brow and mentally questioned what diseases, and dreaded to think further. Lucas then pulled out a scroll that had a blue ribbon around it, unfurling it and reading some magical words it glowed and turned into an oval, blue portal. Its edges were wispy with magical essence and it seemed to be infinitely, slowly spinning. He then gestured to them to take the first step. "express transport to Shiyobusa Summit."

What Laxion and Lucas said was pure poetry, and made Ruby feel better. Still her apology wasn't enough to make up from everything she's done. She'll just have to try harder, and actually be someone that is worth fighting for like Alexis stated earlier. The female was very wise beyond her years, and she appreciated her advice.
Suddenly, Lucas brought up something about a disease that threw everyone fall, but she gave no answer as he created a portal. The albino figured he would explain later, he better explain later. If something pertained to the team's health she wanted to no. She walked up to Lucas and before she could say anything he casually pushed her into the portal.
