On the surface: I can appear to be very serious most of the time. I have a habit of being straightforward, but I do know when enough is enough. I don't really talk much, but I am up for chat.
But deep down: When I was young, I was living in a small village peacefully. One would think that I would have the easy life, and I too thought I did, but it wasn't very easy growing up. One night while sleeping, I awoke to smoke slowly replacing the clean air in my room. I noticed an orange glow coming from underneath my door. I got out of bed opened my door and realized that my house was on fire. I ran back the bed to get my younger brother up. He immediately took in what was happening and started to panic. We started at the door when my father had just then came to my room and rushed us out of the house. I refused to leave without my mother, but he said that we should be the first to get out of the house. I stayed outside in the cold, dark night alongside my younger brother as we watched my dad go back inside the house that was engulfed in flames. But shortly thereafter, my home had collapsed thus claiming the lives of our parents. The tragedy of the loss of our parents had scarred us for life. I didn't think there was no reason to live without parents.
Since then my brother and I were orphans for several weeks, lost and in pain from the loss of our parents. We were practically living in grief. The fact that we had just witnessed the deaths of our parents had changed us, changed the way we viewed life. I was left to take care of my younger brother. I knew I had to take charge and hide away any hint of emotion to prove that things would get better. That was until a stranger that appeared uniform, had come across us and taken us in. The strange emblem embroidered on his vest indicated he was part of an organization called Team Solstice, whose cause was to liberate pokemon from any human harm. This had influenced me, only because it gave me a reason to live again. I had enlisted when I became of age to start a new life for myself and for my brother. I had worked everyday starting from the bottom as a Team Solstice Grunt. I did it to not only take care of my younger brother, but also to start a new life for myself. Finally, I've achieved to be in the highest ranks. I only hope this was the best decision that I had made for both my brother and I.
• Chapter One: The Capture of Mew
I was traveling with a trainer at the time. Until the call came from Lord Enel. We had Mew in our possession, but he was careless and had notified every trainer possible of his location and what it is that he was doing. Though I have to admit that was a bit childish to just hand out information like that. All the grunts had made their way surrounding the area of Route 209 while all of us Elites had to battle out the trainers that had come to set Mew free. Unfortunately, I had not finished my battle in time and was not able to gain my first victory in a long time. But there will be a next time. Hopefully, it'll go much more smoother provided that Lord Enel doesn't just tell the whole world of our plans.
