It was rather large, but not so overwhelming as say Goldenrod City. She had passed an odd building as well that she had not seen before, the foreign culture building. She went straight to the market though, just as she had promised Shad. She stepped in and looked around, her natural look of being lost returning to her features as she looked around. It was set up a bit different from the ones in Sinnoh; change made her mind blank. Her clueless expression drew the attention of the store's clerk, who kindly asked if she needed any assistance. The hairs on the back of her neck stood in her surprise, clenching the clip and paper in her hands as she jumped slightly."O-oh! No, I'm fine thank you though! I-I was just looking around!" The odd girl laughed awkwardly as she backed away and soon bolted down one of the aisles.
Xozie took a deep breath, then looked at the list."The most expensive ones, huh? Seems like budget isn't one of his worries." She smiled at the piece of paper and reached down to the pokeballs clipped to her bag and with a click of both of the buttons; both pokemon were before her."Kein, I know you can read. Can you two pick up what's on this list? He said to grab the most expensive ones." "Yuu!" Mareah nodded, looking to Kein for guidance as Xozie handed the Haunter the piece of paper. He looked over it, still holding that solemn stare that left her at a distance much too far for her to reach; it quickly carried over to her."Cheer up Kein, there are other days. That wasn't something we could win." She smiled and shooed them off."Now lets get to shopping, I'll grab what we need for ourselves." The ran off to grab what was on the list, leaving their trainer to do her part. "I'll take three more revives. Two Super, one Hyper, one Max, and 4 Regular potions. Three antidotes." She turned the corner with a basket of her items, nearly running into her pokemon that rushed up to her with something in hand, they too had grabbed a basket for the items which Mareah held in his free paw."What are these?" She took one of them in hand and examined it."A lava cookie. Alright." She looked to her haunter with a raised brow."And you?"He held up the object, a lemonade; to which she nodded. Looking in her basket, then theirs, she gestured them to the counter and set hers up first to be checked out for the damage.12,050...Oh boy."Here ya go." I only have 7,450 left. She mentally sulked as he took the money and returned what change there was. Her eyes drifted to the door, wondering if Shad had came in yet. She wouldn't be able to afford everything...At least, she didn't think so, but she wasn't going to even if she could. She was nice, but she wasn't that nice.  ▀ ▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Every move I make...............................

5 minutes later Shad had exited the Pokemon Center and looked at the buildings and people around him. It brought back memories of how he got his samples of random baby pokemon once walking through the park.
Upon entering the shop Ambi skipped his way over to Kein and Mareah. "Hi guys!" Said the hopelessly optimistic monkey "Looks like you guys like a lot of the things I like!!"... As a side note it should be mentioned that he smiles in pretty much every circumstance.
Shadir made his way over to Xozie at the counter a little late but somewhat on time. "Thank you for getting everything, I can pay for you too if you'd like.." He said with a smile. "Money isn't really a huge issue for me."
Illegal breeding and inhumain testing is pretty profitable business. Naturally, coming from a family equivilent to drug lords... this logic would somewhat make sense.
Shad pays for his things (and Xozie if she chooses) at the counter. ((It'll be awhile before they send me money.. I had better spend carefully.))

What they both seemed equally as shocked about was the fact that they hadn't noticed Ambipom walk in. His chipper tone sending chills through to Kein's core. Mareah, not so taken aback and rather glad to see him in opposition to his partner.Really? He looked at the lava cookie that Xozie had handed back to him after she had payed for everything; smiling at the other pokemon before him.Maybe we can share the lava cookie later then when we get hungry!He looked over at his partner curiously, wondering if he would even share a ship of his lemonade with either of them.Only receiving a glare.Or notReturning to the more positive pokemon, he decided to try to pick up conversation.What do you hope to be fighting out there. Your trainer mentioned trying to catch another partner for you too.Glad being replaced is ideal for you.
Making sure the basket made it to the counter, Xozie gathered her own items and pocketed them accordingly."I've already payed for mine." Having all that she came for put away, she stepped aside for Shad and helped him get his items out of the basket for the clerk."Plus, I wouldn't let you pay anyway. You work for your money and I want to too." Fiddling with the haunter clip for a moment, she watched their pokemon converse."Mareah seems to like your ambipom quite a bit." She chortled lightly."So, what was it you had to do back at the pokecenter?" His pokemon was fine before, so healing was out of the question."It really did take no time at all." ▀ ▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Every move I make...............................

Mareah's offer to share made Ambi super excited. "Once Shad fills up my lunch box, I'll get to share too!" He said excitedly to the two of them. "And as for you Mr. Grumpy.... One day, I'm going to make you smile." He said awkwardly giggling.
Shad smirked at his happy Ambipom and then at Xozie. It came as no suprised that she would refuse his offer. He was fine with her choice as he wouldn't be getting money for awhile anyways. "Ambi's positive outlook makes him easy to get along with... but it also backs people away. He's a good match for a pessimist like me."
Time seemed to stop for Shad in response to Xozie's second question. What was it you had to do at the pokemon center?
He had to speak quickly, so he spouted out the fattest lie he could to make it look like he wasn't thinking to hard about it. "My Whimsicott was sitting in the PC and I just wanted to get it out." he replied. The last time he used it was in the pokemon center back in Cherrygrove... there was no way she saw it right?
Ambi kept its smile but froze... ((I may have mentioned whimsicott to her pokemon. But I dont think they'll get a lead from that, right? :sweat smile )

It was nice to have some positive air in the room.Would you really? He patted his feet on the floor, physically expression his enthusiasm.I can't wait! The comment about Kein made him nervous though, twiddling his paws with a slight glance to the ghost-type. He wouldn't exactly say he was grumpy...not just because he was mean! No, he was just too serious. He tried to hard to be a good pokemon for Xozie, that was his downfall. Cheer up Kein! We finally have friends besides just us three! Because..we are such good friends...right? Mareah grinned innocently, sulking back behind Ambipom beneath the others cold stare."Yuuu"
She smiled at the man's pokemon,"I think it's cute, a good quality to have in a partner." She raised a brow at the remark of him being a pessimist. That's no way to be, quite the opposite of how she was told and raised to be. Perhaps he just needed some positive influences to help him out along side Ambipom. Perhaps she would try to stick around him for just that purpose."Wait, you have a Whimsicott?" Her eyes narrowed, shooting him a mindful glare getting slightly closer to him to sheepishly tug at the material that covered his shoulder. Her stare was cold and discerning. "So...You're telling me...you uh, been hiding a whimsicott from me?" She tugged the sleeve harder, trying to pull him towards the pokemart door."Come on!
