The room of the White Board is a room where all members of Squad 13 are welcomed. This room is a giant room filled with a giant table to where one may sit down and discuss policies, regulations, and any other debatable topic. Roka himself is said to come down and listen to his colleagues and their ideas. If he likes them, he is said to take them to the Head Captain or Central 46.
