Twelfth Squadron Captain's Office

-Nyhil Dakkar-
The first, perhaps most striking part of Nyhil's personal office is how little it looks like a formal office as opposed to a laboratory. Only one small corner has a couch and two chairs surrounding a coffee table for meetings. The rest of the space is filled with his desk - set aside from the meeting area in the same corner and a fair amount of countertops. It seems more like part of a science lab was transformed into a makeshift meeting area in one area than it does that it's an office room he turned into a personal study space aside from sparing a small area involving any social requirements.
In truth the room used to have much more space, it was an office with only a few counters for other projects. Now however it is even less welcoming than it was with the more simple lay out. At any given time there are several vials with a variety of contents in a spectrum of color and shape. The scents in here are lighter than one would expect for such a collection of projects but many extra fans and vacuum lines are worked into the ceiling and walls - keeping the room surprisingly clear of interfering smells if someone is more than a few feet from a given table. Most walls other than the one behind the desk are covered in white boards or chalk boards; all of which are painted in formula and arithmetic.
His desk is neat yet there are clear files and papers on it where his duties are often just barely kept to date. Behind that the entire wall is composed of filing cabinets. The only lighting in the room is from unnatural sources worked into points of the ceiling as well as a strange circular orb on his desk in a brilliant white and blue color - it ungulates and shifts bubbles within much like once would expect a lava lamp to look. He is able to alter how much illumination is in he room by manipulating small controls at the base of this particular invention.
