I know people call it a diet, but it is just a change in the way you eat. You keep it with you forever, wherever you go! I've been trying to ease my way into it.. Since most of my problem is my family. My mom especially with buying me treats and if I don't take it she makes me feel guilty. I'm going to school to learn how to cook properly and then I'm doing a nutrition course so I know how to cook healthy, but still tasty food.

The clean eating "diet" as everyone calls it has nothing to do with limiting your calorie intake to only 500 a day, nothing to do with eating boring foods, and you CAN use it to lose weight without exercising.

I now currently eat 4-5 meals a day depending on when I wake up, every 3-4 hours. I have only 1-2 snacks a day (being only a piece of fruit and some nuts)
I do watch what I eat since it is easy for me (and I'm sure for others) to get off track.

So every now and then I'll post in here with new things.. kinda like a blog. I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this, I figured health .. but it's more like a blog/journal thingy.

Also, this is my first time doing this sort of thing so you're welcome to read along and post any tips/questions you might have.
