Personality: Kiyo is very teasy, but in a sweet way. She loves to make people smile and laugh, and hopes for that favor returned. She is stubborn, brave, and most of all, optimistic.
Bio: Kiyomi ( Means Pure in Japanese ) was born in a small village, right near an aircraft station ( Airport ). Everyday Kiyo went outside to go see all the airplanes fly everyday, and her father just happened to be a flight observer. Kiyo loved to go and ride on jets, airplanes - all kinds of flying objects.
Her father one day was given the job to observe on board a plane. Though Kiyo wasn't allowed to go, she watched the plane take off for its destination. Then, a tragedy happened- terrorists were on board. Everyone began to jump around immediately, checking their cellphones and calling friends+family. But Kiyo, oh, she was the most worried of all.
Her mother died giving birth to her; and she didn't want to lose her father anytime soon. She called him, even though she wasn't allowed to. Her father answered, told her goodbye, and hung up. Kiyo was left with only a goodbye.
So, her dad took control of the plane about after 20 minutes, and crashed away from the city, thankfully, but killed everyone on board.
Kiyo regrets not going on that plane, even if she was told not to. It may haunt her memory, but she plans to take her fathers place, all while being the Phoenix Blader.
