||Ventus_Presul|| It had been some time since Ventus had logged into The Game. After the Server crisis, and everything that had happened during it, she had become scarce. No, she hadn’t quit cold turkey, she’d never be able to do such a thing. But she had spent less time roaming the vast lands of the realms, and more time checking the news boards, the forums, and the rumor mill, (with one of those printers that prints out everything in brail, this was no problem, just used a lot of paper.)
However, by now it was time to stop being cautious and get back into the swing of things. There had been no reports of anything amiss lately, and as far as she had heard the Servers were all functioning correctly again.
Or at least the ones that were up and online. There were still some Servers down and areas cut off because of it.
But that didn’t matter. The moment Ventus_Presul was logged in, she felt comfortable again. Vision restored, familiar sights and sounds within Larmadia. Even Kitsune’s Server seemed comfortable again. Crowded, but comfortable.
So with a puff of the cheeks, Ventus set about working her way across town to the less crowded areas. It was good to be back, but it would be better if she could find familiar faces amongst the crowd…

 Clementia Adelaide The Game, just the name Had her curious to play it. But what if something terrible happened to her, like the ones before her? She couldn't hide in fear her entire life, this would be the first step to becoming the strong woman she wanted to be. Opening her eyes, she could see the beautiful world she had logged into. It was magnificent, her first time on this game and already she felt at home. The sights, it was all so real that she couldn't believe it. Rubbing her eyes she opened them again, still seeing the amazing world. Taking her first steps felt funny, but she smiled while doing so. The server was so crowded, she giggled and began walking towards the crowds.
Her characters long black hair seemed to flow behind her, like it was carried ever so lightly by the breeze. The sharp red color of her eyes stood out like a wolf in a herd of sheep, but the innocent loving look of her face seemed to even out her fierce eyes. Even at that her eyes were so soft and gentle but the color, the color made people think otherwise. She seemed to bump into a few people often, the crowd was moving so much and she was completely lost. She looked around, she didn't know anyone and had no information of where to go. She spoke softly. Her voice could barely be heard, "Can.. someone please help me.. anyone? Please..?"

||Ventus_Presul|| There was a lot of hustle and bustle amongst the crowded sea of people, but above it all Ven managed to catch a plea for assistance. She gave a quick look around and managed to spot the woman in question, and when no one seemed as if they were going to stop and help, Ven sighed and rolled her eyes. Honestly, some gamers were rude and needed to be smacked -- and she had done her fair share of such a thing a time or two, and suffered the consequences for it as well.
But right now wasn’t about the past. It was about helping to get Larmadia back into civilized shape.
So with a sigh, Ventus approached the dark haired player - obviously not affected by the eyes she found - and she offered a friendly expression as she approached, “Hi there. You look a little lost. Everything okay?”
Homan…Kitsune was rubbing off on her in that ‘Help the n00bs!’ sort of way…

Clementia Adelaide As she plead for assistance it seemed as though no one would answer her, the bustle of the crowd continued to go on and it seemed as though more people were around here than before. Her head seemed to drop as she stared down at the floor, perhaps she wasn't cut out for this. Just when she was about to sink into a slump a friendly voice could be heard, was this woman going to help her?
She turned her head, a small smile on her face. Finally a nice person, she was so excited and it could be seen. She quickly studied the young woman in front of her, she was quite beautiful. Her eyes seemed to capture your very essence, she stood there smiling for a bit before shaking her head and giggling.
"I-I'm sorry, this is my first time on here.. I umm.. have no clue what on earth I'm doing or where I'm even supposed to go." She spoke softly, her cheeks seem to blush a bit as though she was embarrassed. Her eyes seemed to look off to the side, she couldn't look at the woman in her eyes. The hassle it must have been for this poor girl to take time out of her day to help a n00b.

||Ventus_Presul|| For a moment, Ven stared at this new player. Her head tipped a bit to one side and she honestly just stared. It wasn’t a patronizing sort of gaze, or anything of the sort. It honestly just made her wonder if she had ever been as lost as this player was. And honestly, she didn’t think so.
Ventus’ first time in the game was spent looking at everything…
But that was irrelevant at the moment, “Oh, well where to go and what to do is easy. Depending on what kind of experience you’re wanting to get out of the game, of course.” she shrugged her shoulders, then offered another half smile, “I’m Ventus_Presul, by the way. But most people who know me, or know of me just call me Ventus or Ven.”

Clementia just watched as this player gazed at her, she wondered what on earth she was thinking about. But then again maybe she was just thinking of what kind of information she would give her, that must be it. Clementia gave a warm smile and spoke softly, "My name is Clementia Adelaide, but you can just call me Clementia. I don't really have any nicknames yet, since I'm new and all." Thinking a bit, she had wondered what kind of nickname the others would give her. Hopefully it would be something adorable, she couldn't help but laugh in her head at the thought of different nicknames.
She giggled a bit, and took a second to think about what exactly she wanted about this game. Then it hit her, how could she possibly forget what she had wanted and her sole purpose of joining. But of course she couldn't tell Ven, how embarrassing it would be to say you joined to gain confidence in yourself. "Um, I would really like a more adventerous experience. And leveling up my skills, maybe even learning how to trade items for more money. I'm a Geomancer." Her words seemed more confident when she spoke, she was already trying to do what she came here to do.

||Ventus_Presul|| There was a thoughtful noise from Ventus, one that had her lips pursed in thought as she seemed to consider options for nicknames for this character in front of her. After a moment, she simply shook her head and offered another - slighter - smile before shrugging her shoulders. “I’m sure someone will come up with a nickname for you eventually.”
Might even be Ven herself, but that was neither here nor there.
“Adventure, hm? Alright, I’m sure we can find some low level stuff to get into. Something with good rewards, or at least a good Gold stock up so you have some spending money on your person.” she seemed to think again. Geomancer, not exactly something Ventus was all that familiar with. That’s not to say she didn’t know what they were or how they operated, she just hadn’t worked with many.
“Whatever the case may be, we’ll get you all set up and things figured out so that you’ll be playing like a pro in no time.”

Clementia Adelaide Clementia stood there and watched as Ven looked deep in thought, she couldn't possibly grasp what on earth she was thinking about. After all reading peoples minds was not one of her talents, though now she thought it would actually be somewhat fun to be able to read thoughts. Regardless she heard Ven speak, "Well hopefully, my name doesn't seem like on that you can easily make a nickname out of." She laughed a bit after speaking.
The money sounded wonderful, everyone who's ever played a game knew that you must get the currency you need to progress your character any further than you were currently at. But an adventure, this really caught Clementia's interest. She spoke with excitement in her voice, "Oh an adventure, that sounds just lovely, hopefully I can test out this magic. I hope I don't hold you back though, may I ask what you can do?" Her face seemed curious now, what exactly was Ven capable of.
A pro, the mere words made Clementia smile for a bit, she didn't think that her skills would progress enough to be called a pro. But maybe that's why she was here, the surprises of the world would make for interesting things.

||Ventus_Presul|| An adventure it was, then. Ven was sure she could locate some things that wouldn’t be too much effort for her new found companion. And anything that was too nasty, Ven herself could take care of. Any lower level stuff was easy pickings for her, after all. Almost not fair, really, to go against such helpless creatures, but it was for a good cause.
Which made her inwardly groan.
She was becoming soft in her desire to keep from getting PK’d again.
“Me? What can I do?” she blinked as the question registered, then grinned and shrugged a shoulder, “I’m a physical fighter. I get right into the messy bits where the action is good.”
And now she apparently helped out newbies as well. Not exactly her typical style, but it would keep Kitsune off her back regardless.
“Alright, lets head out of town. The Echo Mountains are a good place for beginners to start out in. Minimum monster activity, and plenty of stuff to explore and get into. It’ll help boost your level a couple notches, test your skill, and get some loot under your belt.”

Clementia smiled, she couldn't wait to get started on their adventure. She felt like one of those girls in one of the many shows she watched, venturing out on her own and finding a companion. It was like a story, except she was controlling what was happening. She snapped out of her inner thoughts and listened closely as Ven spoke.
"A physical fighter? That sounds really cool, I guess I'm more scared of being in the front lines. But I think I'll be a good distance fighter, maybe." She smiled a bit trying to appear confident, but the worried feeling could easily be seen through her eyes.
"Alright, Echo Mountains it is. You already made it sound awesome, I can't wait to get started Ven!" She smiled brightly as she spoke, the thought was unimaginable. She just hoped she wouldn't hold Ven back and was actually of some use.

The peppiness following her around now was something Ventus would definitely have to get used to. She was used to brooding silence, or angry rage. This was a complete opposite of her normal, and she would have to remember to be a little more careful with who she got involved with in the future. Sure, being nicey-nice would keep Kitsune off of her back - maybe - but this sort of thing?
Now she remembered why she had dropped out of the n00b assistance Guild in the first place…
“Alright, first thing’s first. We gotta get you some kind of weapon-” she paused a moment, though didn’t stop walking, “Unless of course you prefer to fight without one….” some magic users were odd that way, after all…

 ' ECHO MOUNTAINS!' A voice bellowed not too far from their location. 'ANYONE WANT TO JOIN MY BAND AND GO MESS UP SOME MOUNTAINS?' Lore was weaving her post-drunken way through other characters, attempting to round up the required number of band members to get this quest underway.

||Ventus_Presul|| The voice that sounded out against the rock walls of the Echo Mountains made Ventus stop short and blink a few times before looking around. Her brow creased and she made a gesture for Clementia to follow along behind her as she pressed towards the voice.
It was loud and boisterous. Really not something Ventus usually dealt with, but these were particular times. And, well…she had her own reasons for helping people as of late. So when the colorful dancer came into view, Ven had to suppress a groan.
“Oi,” she called out, waving a hand as she and Clementia approached, “Are you on a specific quest out here? I’m not entirely sure it’s a good idea to be out here alone at your level…” it wasn’t meant to be insulting by any means, just a friendly enough warning.
