1. What kind of individuals are you seeking?
- Ren: People who are devoted to justice who's morals are high.
Yulan: Individuals who respect the laws of Soul Society and who are well-acquainted with the laws, rules and general sense of morals that govern the Human World.
2. How would you describe the atmosphere around your division?
- Ren: *rubs the back of his head * Having a serious attitude when it is needed is always good, but people who know how to have some kind of a good time is welcome aswell. We love justice but I wouldn't say that runs our lives completely.
Yulan: I would like to create a calm, peaceful environment for our Division members to carry out their duties.
3. What do you require of new recruits?
- Ren: Undying Loyalty, and a skill with the blade, someone who likes having fun is cool too.
Yulan: A passion for the upholding of the law first and foremost. Skills can be taught and learned, but to be honest members who join this Division with no passion whatsoever for what we stand for will almost always see every day as torture.
4. Some words for the Shinigami recruits.
- Ren: The world is cruel...plain and simple, I was alive when the ash wars were going on. I didn't participate but I saw how justice can quickly fall apart, I hated how the world was but my resolve...no the resolve of my squad is to make a pillar of Justice that will never fall apart again!
Yulan: Laws are what upholds the order within not only our society, but also the societies in other worlds as well. Without them, absolute chaos would ensue and everyone would suffer as a consequence. Traditionally the Sixth Division may not be as exciting as the others, but that is all based on perception and how you wish to start your day. We will definitely take good care of you here.
