WHAT I EXPECT AS YOUR CAPTAIN
I, as your Captain, expect you to abide by the following:
1. "DON'T BE A DOUCHE!"Credit goes to NightshadeV1 Do not cheat while in spars. This includes, God modding, Meta Gaming, Power Playing and all other forms of cheating will not be tolerated. If this happens, it will be brought to the council's attention and you WILL be punished accordingly.
2. I expect you to have good posting habits. I don't expect you to match or post more words than me in your posts but atleast be descriptive in your posts. One liners or nondescript posts in my squad are strictly prohibited. If I find that you post one liners, I will tell you to edit the post to make it more descriptive and I will continue to harp on you until you begin to post more descriptively. This is not out of spite or anything, I just want everyone to better themselves as roleplayers in my Squad.
3. I expect ALL members of this Squad to attend activity checks and post in them within the alotted amount of time. Activity checks are important to Squad and guildwide morality. I am not making an activity check just for my health or for the sake of making one. Please do make them a priority when they are posted and I expect that you post in them in the alotted amount of time or face possible demotion. Inactivity will not be tolerated except for a valid excuse.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
What I expect from each Position:
1. Soldiers- Soldiers are expected to make full paragraph posts with a bit of detail in their posts at the bare minimum. They are expected to make five in character posts a month with an accepted Squad application and RCP. They MUST attend ALL activity checks.
2. Officers- Officers have more of a responsibility as they are higher up on the hierarchy. Officers are charged with maintaining a section of the Squad. Officers are expected to make a minimum of seven posts in character posts a month. I fully expect Officers to be able to have descriptive two paragraph posts. They MUST attend ALL activity checks.
3. Lieutenants- Those in the Squad who have earned the respect to be promoted to a Lieutenant position are to help me with most things that I am incapable of handling all by myself. They are expected, just as Officers are, to maintain a portion of the Squad. I fully expect Lieutenants to be able to match me in descriptive posts as well as having the most monthly in character posts, eleven, as they are the possible future successors to the Squad. They MUST attend ALL activity checks.
4. Captain- As Captain i expect alot from myself. I am to abide by ALL of my aforementioned rules. If anyone sees that I am not doing my job properly, I expect them to report that I am not doing my job. I expect myself to meet the expectation of being the best poster in the Squad as well as having the MOST posts in the month.
