my reasons.reasons why i want to lose weight...there are so many - feel better about myself - become healthier - become more athletic - help me with my martial arts - help me in soccer - help me in ballet - be more attractive - stop being depressed - FEEL GREAT

bmi 30.2 weight 160 lbs calorie intake approx 2500 calories burned approx 100/day from exercise

day one.soooo...i was pretty good today c: better than normal anyways ~ ! i hope i keep this up! dieting is 80% diet, 20% exercise, so lets start getting healthy!
breakfast! lite pear slices in juice
lunch! 18 cucumber slices (27 calories) 1/2 cup baby carrots (47 calories) 2 tbs. ranch dressing (35 calories)
dinner! 1 slice pizza w/ pineapple and olives (311 calories) 1 banana (105 calories)
snacks! 2.5 cups strawberry yogurt (500 calories) cereal (267 calories) ruffles (300 calories) reeses pieces (210 calories)
exercize! karate (burned approx 60 calories) walking (burned approx 36 calories) cycling (burned approx 59 calories) 50 leg lifts (??? calories)
water! around 8 cups
totals! intake: 2222 calories calories burned: 155 calories weight: 159.8 lbs (as of this afternoon)
