Rainbow Bridge still has power connected to it, meaning the lights still work - if they have yet to burn out. Quite a many Deadmen and humans alike have built shelters on the bridge, and quite the community has spawned there. Don't annoy the 'townsfolk' though - they've got their hands on some Worm Eater tech, and that combined with guns and Branches of Sin is dangerous for anyone!
