He has large hands and feet, a broad but otherwise normal nose, and he has shoulder length wavy hair. His ears almost look small on his head and his face is fairly thin. His skin is a very light pale white, but not albino. His skin is simply very fair.

Life View: We all will die one day, so it’s best to just live life, but don’t take unnecessary risks.
Personality: William is a kind and gentle soul, not really taking joy in fighting. He is honest, doesn’t like to lie, and although occasionally he will do so by accident he always corrects himself if he is lying to someone he cares for or respects. While he does not take joy in fighting he has a tendency to hold a grudge and when he gets mad it’s like his body is on a broken autopilot. He stays mad for a long time, and hates those to steal or hurt others and then lie about it.

Hollow Mask: William’s hollow mask is something of a mystery and a complicated one at that. His mask is divided into 4 parts. Each side of his hollow mask appears to be a separate mask with a separate set of teeth and eye holes. The two masks are connected by a set of interlocking fang like teeth that signify the two masks are actually a single mask with a complex four part mouth. Each half of the mask has a single wide eye hole that stretches nearly as wide as the side of the mask it is on. This provides a wide field of vision and allows for peripheral vision with the mask on. The dual foreheads of the mask are each adorned with a horn not dissimilar to that of a rhinoceros beetle. The mask is also quite unusual from what a normal hollow mask looks like in that it’s black in color with dark grey teeth instead of white on white. A stark contrast against William’s pale skin.

William was born in the poorest part of the Rukongai district, and so growing up he had it tough. He had it tougher than others even in the same district because he was small and weak. He was fragile, but to those that knew him he was dangerous. The kid was a scrapper, a real fighter who would use his smaller size to out maneuver those who would with him harm and when he had to this helped him in getting food. He was always hungry, and not because he couldn’t get the food he needed. He was a good thief, and a decent spearman when it came to fishing, but for some reason he could never satisfy his hunger. It wasn’t until he was in his 50th year that he discovered why. He had reiatsu, and a lot of it for a kid his size.

Shortly after this realization dawned on him, he was found by a teacher from the shinigami academy. The old man saw great promise in William, and after doing some research, decided to adopt the boy. In the years that followed William grew into a strong young man who passed one class in particular at the academy better than most, and not because the teacher was going easy on him, but since the teacher was his adopted dad, He had to study just that much harder. William rather quickly found himself developing his powers as a shinigami, and before he even graduated from the academy, he managed to learn his zanpakuto’s name and achieved shikai. This was a fact that was look well upon by his father, but at the same time saddened him. William had gained his shikai quickly, almost too quickly. There was something off about it, something that he couldn’t quite grasp. William’s early achievements didn’t go unnoticed, and soon he found himself being analyzed and wearing a lieutenant badge in one of the Gotei 13. For a while he was happy, But then everything went wrong.

Shortly after becoming a lieutenant in the Gotei 13, William had a terrible accident. An accident in which he almost killed three unseated officers from his own squad…while wearing a black mask over his face and screaming in a voice that was clearly not his own. It was discovered that he had an inner hollow, and rather than be exiled, he left the soul society for earth willingly. He didn’t want to hurt anyone, and he needed to get his inner hollow under control. He sought out a man he had heard about. A Vizored leader. After that he trained and gained the ability to use the mask.

Golden rings adorn his fingers, and prayer beads around his neck. An earthy brown sash is draped around his shoulders, and gold bands hold his waist length earthy brown beard in a single braid.

Shikai Name: Doragon shōgekiha-ō (Dragon Shockwave King)
Shikai Incantation: Quake the Earth
Shikai Description: The katana splits between William’s hands and changes shape, encasing each hand in a glove of steel armor and the finger sleeves tipped with spade like blades. The back of each glove appears molded to resemble the face of a heavenly dragon.
Shikai Ability: The shikai is strange in that its ability is to create and sense vibrations, including shockwaves. This strange ability effects William in two ways. Firstly it allows him to move through the ground like a fish in water. Secondly, It enhances his hearing and makes his touch more sensitive to vibrations.

Hellish Shockwave: William creates a shockwave and reinforces it with his reiatsu. This is an attack that can take out small buildings and destroy landmarks. This technique is an almost purely reiatsu-based attack, very similar to Getsuga Tenshou. Has a maximum effective range of 15ft in any given direction, beyond that the destructive power is diminished by over ninety five percent and so is rendered harmless. Cool down of 2 posts

Ripples: William creates a small series of shockwaves to push an enemy back. These shockwaves are the same kind of garden variety shockwaves released when a few pounds of explosives go boom. Each shockwave is accompanied by the sound of an explosion and has a maximum range of 10ft in every direction. This technique is meant only to deter or scare an opponent, and unless the opponent is at point blank range, the technique is harmless. At point blank it can temporarily deafen an opponent. Deafness from point blank lasts 1 post. Total number of shockwaves created is 4, and takes 1 post to create all four. cool down of 4 posts.




▬▬┤|Bankai Release
Bankai Name: Ten no shōgekiha-ō (Shockwave King of the Heavens)
Bankai Incantation: Vibrate all enemies to dust
Bankai Description: The gloves that were the shikai change shape once more, but retain their hand armor based origins. They transform into a into a pair of gauntlets that cover both his forearms and hands thick, heavy, spade shaped shields. The front end of each shield has four claw like blades not dissimilar to the talons of a dragon. The face of each shield is molded with a golden colored raised image of a heavenly dragon.
Bankai Ability: Ten no shōgekiha-ō blinds William to everything except for the vibrations around him. Vibrations in the air, earth, and water all become visible to him in the form of slowly echoing white lines in a sea of darkness. Vibrations in solid objects such as living beings or structures make those things become visible as detailed white outlines that are only visible for as long as the vibrations in the objects persist. He is also able to create vibrations at will that can be used to attack enemies, and is able to travel through the ground as if a fish in water just as his shikai allowed him to. Because of this strange combination of abilities, it is literally impossible to hide from him or move without him noticing.

Hellish Ripples: Considered William’s ultimate attack. William creates a large series of rippling shockwaves that each extend for 30ft in every direction. These are not garden variety shockwaves, as the sounds of explosions that accompany them are significantly louder and the shockwaves are laced and reinforced with William’s reiatsu. Total number of shockwaves created is 8, takes one post to create them, but 2 posts to release them all. Deafness from point blank lasts 2 posts. cool down of 15 posts. This technique heavily drains William’s reiatsu, and is considered a last ditch attack. A last resort if you will. It should also be noted that this is his only bankai technique.
