The Blueprint Achieves
"The beginning of all creations start here..."
___About:
This is the Division Blueprint Achieves center. It is the largest Achieves besides the 12th Division Database and the Central Achieves that holds the blueprints to all inventions drawn, graphed, and mapped out. This massive collection of books, scrolls, disk, and CDs are said to expand as far back as the beginning of when the first perfected Zanpackuto was rafted for the use of a shinigami. Not only that these achieves are so large that only that Captain and Vice-Captain have memorized the entire thing. While Seated Officers and Members due to their specific duties only what they are in charge of crafting.
There are some parts of the library that are only meant for the Captain and the Vice-captain of this squad. Anyone seen or caught trying to access this information will be punished.

Kinji would be looking through some of the much older and restricted blueprints and seemed to have a rather displeased look on his face as he was looking though some. He noticed that some details from minor to major had been edited out and seemed to be listed as restricted. It appeared that the man that was his former captain and now Zero Division Captain had screwed him over big time. "That sneaky b*****d!", he shouted as he throw the pile of blueprints that seemed to have the name "Angle of Death" in the Heading area. "He took everything that would have made my creations have more potential.", he said as his division members seemed to be rather shocked at his display of anger and frustration. Kinji could hear muttering and statements about why he was even in a captains position when he couldn't behave or display himself in the best interest of the division. Kinji right away shot a glare at them and the people that seemed to be talk flinched. "Who the hell asked for your input, get back to work or get the hell out!", he shouted as the members quickly shouted "Yes sir!" and got back to their duties within the achieves. Kinji at this point in frustration bit his thumb on his left hand and seemed to do so hard enough to draw blood. "That b*****d, I finally get into the dark areas of the achieves and I find out you've pulled a fast one on me...", Kinji said as he suddenly began to smile. "But that just makes this game a bit more interesting, I'm sure you'd agree with me...", he said speaking to himself for a moment about the situation and how he believed his former captain was thinking.
However with that all said and done Kinji would pick up the files he tossed down and put it back in it's original place. He would than being to head deeper into the achieves. "Continue to organize the rest of these, I'm going to check the Kido Infused Weaponry Area!", he shouted as he was walking in the direction of said files of blueprints. Again his division members gave a shout back of "Yes Sir!" as they continued to organize and move files and record of blueprints about to get things organized.

Kinji would get tired of looking through the newly found achieves as many of them seemed to have sections missing and he would one again simply drop files on the ground in his anger and annoyance. "That ******** b*****d..." was the only statement out of his mouth before he turned to his division with the look of frustration. "Get the rest of these files organized and on the double! if it's not finished before I get back I won't allow any of you to eat!", he shouted as his division as they sighed with a "yes sir..." as Kinji walked through the double doors of the achieves and seemed be heading in the direction that lead out of the division.

...An the Tale Goes...
Approaching the compound of Squad Seven, Kokoro made her way to Kinji's archives center. She was able to sense his fluctuating reaitsu quite easily due to the vast amount of time she's known him.
She periodically visits Kinji to keep up on the Engineering details looming in this inferno of metal and sweat. She also merely visits to chat with Kinji (with him being her closest Captain friend aside from Squad Eight).
Stepping inside, she sees various officers organizing the many blueprints that span from the Gotei's creation. She is immediately noticed by them, and they announce by her title "Head Captain! How are you? Are you looking for Captain Nagisawa?" one asks. Kokoro nods to him, "I am indeed. Mind pointing me in his direction?" she replies with a smile. "He's further back in the restricted area my lady!" he answers quickly. Kokoro nods to him and heads towards the distant area in the back.
"Kinji! Come out!" she announces walking down one of the rows of shelves.

As Kinji continued to rummage through the restricted area of the blueprints. He would hear more talking than working from his division. Right away one could see a book get thrown hitting a division member in the back of the head. "HOW THE HELL SAID YOU COULD STOP WORK!?", he shouted as the look on his seemed to be serious and annoyed. Right away his division members would run off and continue back with their work. "Damn idiots, need to stop with the slacking...", he said as he seemed to let out a huff and crossed his arms.
However he would drop this act of tough guy to give the Head Captain a look out of the corner of his eyes. "What brings you here Head Captain..?", Kinji asked as he seemed to be rather cold in his tone. This showing that he wasn't particularly in a happy mood. "Not to speak with such rudeness but I'm quite limited on time and as you can see we finally broke the spell that was sealing off the restricted area. Meaning we now have twice as much work to get done...", he said as he was now leaning against a bookshelf and sighed as he pulled out a cig and lighter from his right sleeve of his uniform. He than lite the cig left it hanging out of his mouth. "If you need me to make something, I hope it is something good.", he quickly added as he seemed to be one of the most informal, ill willed, and one of the rudest individuals one could come across or even appoint to be a captain. But his work was top notch and he was overseeing quite a bit of inventory, blueprints, and more. All this responsibility was opposite of his selfish, childish, and at times immature nature.

"Chipper as always Kinji. Chipper as always." she says knelling to pick up the book he threw at the officer. She dusts it off, looking up at her fellow Captain. His bravado didn't phase her, she still has the snake-like grin on her lips.
"Actually, I'm here for another reason. Captain Ishtar, Miko's prodigy, has vanished. Last we heard, he was on patrol in the World of the Living but after a small confrontation with my Vice and an unknown entity, he vanished." she says looking at the various records. It was unlike Ishtar to go missing without first acknowledging her or his Squad members. Even his Lieutenant was oblivious to the situation.
"I'm beginning to wonder Kinji..." she says looking directly at him this time.
She knows he'll understand her train of thought.

Kinji would notice that his attitude and actions didn't seem to faze the Head Captain. Well nothing really did now a days. She was one of the calmest and most passionate individuals that one could ever meet. It wasn't just her tranquil and calm nature of hers, it was also the fact that she was someone that despite her age was hailed as the most beautiful woman in all of Soul Society. Something that Kinji himself seemed to even acknowledge as her beauty surpassed even that of some of the most beautiful zanpackutos out there. "Tsk.", was the only thing out of his mouth as he seemed to blush a bit and look away to blow a puff of smoke out of his mouth before facing the head captain again.
However when she stated it was a different matter she had come here for it made Kinji give her a straight look and dead serious look. "A captain doesn't just vanish Tennyou-chan.", he said using no formality as he does when he hates a situation or feels something is seriously amiss. He would than seem to think himself for a moment as he seemed to understand her fully with that look in her eye. As he crossed his arms he would sigh and release a puff of smoke along with it. "If you want I can go looking or him.", he stated as he seemed to be more concerned about the situation more so than the captain himself. "If I find him I will drag his a** back here, be it by force if I have too.", he added as he seemed to more than confident in his abilities in combat. "Besides, things aren't exactly adding up and you can't leave Soul Society.", Kinji said as he than sudden put both hands on his head and began to mess up his hair. "God! Why now does everything have to get so complicated!?", he stated as he was showing a bit of his childish side.

Kokoro extends the book out to Kinji. "I sent Nocella and Eun Ji after him, but even in their presence he fled. I've never heard of such a thing." she says with a tone of disbelief. When her Royal Guard made an appearance, one would know the situation was a direct order from the Head Captain herself.
"The last thing we need is panic in Seiretei or one of our strongest Captains running willy Nilly in the World of the Living. Norior reported that Ishtar was battling a Hollow-like creature with a Zanpakuto. Nocella nor Eun Ji could support these claims. I plan on assembling a small team of Reapers in the coming week to scan the Human World." she says calmly.
"I'm just a bit worried is all. We've had three-hundred years of tranquility. I'd hate for it to be disrupted." she continues referencing the Ash War three hundred years go. A battle they both had participated in.

Kinji would only sigh as he seemed to hate situation that seemed to be getting more and more complicated. "If that is what you want to do I can't stop you...", he said as he let out another puff of smoke. It appeared that he didn't want to get involved too much himself at the moment. Not only that he was a man that didn't stick his nose into stuff like this unless ordered too do so. "If you do a scan and recommend two captains int he very least.", he added as he seemed to be concerned that if his thoughts and feelings about the situation becoming more complicated that it already is, it wouldn't be a good sign at all. "Cuz I just got a bad feeling that this is going to end in our favor what so ever.", Kinji added as he seemed to be a bit insightful of taking many views on the situation that is worrying Head Captain Tennyou.
Kinji would notice that his cig was done and would right away take another one out and light it. With a few puffs he got it going and seemed to blow some smoke out of his nose. "Not to be rude, but peace never last forever. Where their is light there is always darkness...", he said as he seemed to be a bit too blunt with his statements. Making his division members flinch a bit as they never thought there was a man so informal with the Head Captain even if he was a veteran captain. "You're the Head Captain now Kokoro, if you can't bare your fangs and move all of Gotei 13 with you, the stability will begin to crumble.", Kinji state as he stood up form the lean against the shelf. "And if that happens you'll only have yourself to blame. You know I'm here to help you with anything you need, I'm not just a blacksmith or craftsman.", he stated as he began to look at files while talking to her. "You don't have to deal with everything alone, give me the order and I will drag that b*****d back by his hair if I have too.", he stated as one could tell despite his blunt, rude, and seemingly selfish nature, he truly meant what he just stated.

...An the Tale Goes... She stands silently for a moment. Kinji had stated the truth, and she surly knew this herself. She is Head Captain now, no longer the raging Kenpachi of the formative years. Kinji's words struck her deep, deep inside of her soul. A small smile appears on her lips. Kinji was such an interesting man. His bravado never ceases to make her smile.
"Thank you, Kinji."
She turns to leave now.
"A Captain's meeting is to be held tomorrow. Be there." she says strongly, turning her head to face him while her white hair cascades softly down her shoulder. She vanishes, leaving a small puff of hair behind her.
