Gabishi - The Horn King Source: Air Gear
Rating: Mature: Violence, some nudity, A lot of crude humor.
Type of BAMF: Manga Character
Why Gabishi is a BAMF?
The Spoilers begin here:Appearing 111 chapters in, he is a mysterious character that comes out of nowhere and begins to pursue Kazu who is actually the protagonists best friend and tries to end his life thinking he is Ikki... (the actual leader of their team) so that he won't proceed to become something bigger than he is.
So what does Gabishi do upon first sight?
cuts Emilys bike into a bunch of pieces with his souped up roller skates in the blink of an eye. You think that's terrifying? Not even! Kazu and Emily make a break for it and climb a ladder to sanctuary but NOPE! Gabishi doesn't even use his roller skates to run. Instead, he uses his pure manliness to
destroy the ground above him. So after witnessing this Kazu and Emily get this particularly brilliant idea to run out into oncoming traffic while this deranged superbeast is following them, and Kazu decides he would face Gabishi on top of a car like anyone with down syndrome would. Gabishi not only keeps up with the car on his A-T. (The term they use for super enhanced roller skates) He makes it on top of the car completely underestimating the two of them. Kazu comes at him with a pipe to
absolutely not avail. Afterwards, Emily jumps out from behind and kicks him into a
fugging Semi-trailer THAT HE
STOPS WITH HIS FEEEEEEEET! Whaaaaaaat? So now Kazu's pretty much
accepts the manliness of Gabishi and flees as far as physically possible to a closing bridge about 50 m wide and makes the jump before it completely closes. Nice try Kazu. Why wouldn't you know he could
walk on water? Seriously. It's not even a surprise anymore. Kazu should just kill himself. Did I mention his A-T are made out of skulls and he's wearing the masks (essentially, blood) of his enemies? I should probably note that before his big entrance, he was was hinted at
ripping a dudes face off. Apparently, that's just what he does.
Kazu and Emily are finally saved by a king status storm rider who basically has the ability to stop time through petty tricks and for some reason has a knack for *****. Gabishi proceeds to
beat his a** too. Until some other king status guy (boy?) with electrical wires (tch... seriously, so overpowered.) traps Gabishi and ultimately captures him.... but that's not all!
Gabishi's treatment is that he's put into a
freaking Iron Maiden which he undergoes numerous torture, and withstands it all. Eventually, they release him. Apparently, he's healed within a day or two.
