May I request a Central 46 compound? From my understanding the first level of Central 46 is open to everyone as long as they are invited. It is the bottom two layers that are locked off. The first layer is like an open floor. The living quarter is what is blocked off. References are below that will prove my theory and I think this forum would come in use in the guilds overall Role Play experience plus it will connect Squad 13 and allow us to be at the actual compound and become the brige bewteen Central and the Court Guard Squads.
The residencial district of the Central 46 is an enclave in Seireitei called Seijōtōkyorin (清浄塔 居林,Tranquil Forest of Residential Towers) inside the Central 46 Compound. This enclave is forbidden for entry to anyone, regardless of their military or civilian status
