I know it may be silly but I would honestly love a second opinion. Should I sell it for the 9mil I've been offered just now. They will be offering separately wherein one will offer half and the other will offer the other half. This is because the main buyer does not have the amount of gold needed to reach the 9mil offer so her friend would like to help her out.
