After not seeing him since the desert, he was rather curious on where exactly he was, "Ah, Ratheonous, good to see you were alright as well, although I am rather surprised that we didn't see you here before us. So I must ask, where have you bee..." He stopped after smelling the faint aroma of seawater and spotted a very thin strand of pink hair on his coat. He arched an eyebrow then smirked, "Never mind, we shall talk later." He closed the books he took out and began to put them away, "Actually, your arrival is actually helpful. Since we have obtained the artifact for my special agenda, along with a few special weapons for another special summon, we are going to need your column to unlock our vault. As the guild's treasurer, I figured you would think the best place to keep them is in the vault you protect oh so diligently."After the last book, Curtis turned to Daemon, "Now, as for the hunt for the pieces. The games will be arriving soon, so I don't think we will have the time to search high and low for all of them. You and Kaiser can search for the soul, which I believe is somewhere in the frozen tundra. Take the diamond, it will help us keep in touch in case you need information." Curtis looked at Ratheonous, "Now my friend, where is your column so we can unlock your vault?"И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N

'Force Specialist' Ratheonous
Diamond Serenity HP: 3400/3400 Mano: 400/400 Spells: C rank: Clasp :Active Shield: Ready B rank: P&P: Ready Ring: Ready A rank: Barrier: Active/Ready Dome: Active/Ready ╔════════════════╬════════════════╗ • "Yes it will be a conversation for later." The man said after being asked where he was all this time. Ratheonous was figuring that he was needed. Sense he was the only one with the key he needed to be present in order to get into the vault. Reaching to his back he began, "Well sir today if your luck day I just so have happened to...." For a moment he froze. The mage tried to grab something that wasn't there. "....lost the key..." He finished having a sense of dread in his voice. An annoyed sigh escaped him as he face palmed. Always he was a perfectionist at his work. Yet in one day he managed to screw up a number of things. Not only did he lose the key to the vault, but at the same time his own weapon. Today was not his best day, professional wise that it. "Guess it is time for a story." Ratheonous said straightening himself up. The man took a moment to clear his throat. "You see I decided to go on a little trip. Some place relaxing, peaceful, and a hundred times better then any desert. In this case it was the ocean. However I made the mistake of becoming distracted by the sights and well ran out of mano mid flight. I guess during my plummet it must of fallen out of its holster. For the time being he left out the part of the story for meeting his summon. That would be mentioned at a later date or when ever Vivia decided to show up to the guild. "It is probably at the bottom of the ocean right now" He admitted with the thought being on his mind. "The blacksmith in the vivilian does owe me a favor. His meaning of favor referring to a discount. We would have to wait tell the new one is complete before we can get back into the vault." ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

It was ingenious and at the same time a major flaw really for there was always a chance of losing it. But then there was the fact that Ratheonous always kept track of everything, so it was highly unusual for something like this to happen. Curtis just sighed and pushed up his glasses. He figured that he better helpget things moving. With Daemon gone, he could possibly discuss what really happened, especially with the faint aura of a new bond in the force specialist. Curtis could feel bonds between summoners and their summons, so this was a bit of a shock to reveal that... Zihark has one... and by the clues he has found; it was girl, smelt of sea water, and he also sensed something... soothing within the bond, like the ocean. Curtis had a good idea of what Zihark came in contact with, but thought otherwise for the time being. He approached one of the shelves full of charts and maps and ran a finger through them to find the one he was looking for. He grabbed a decent sized scroll and brought it to the table and unrolled it, "If you traveled from the desert and wound up in the ocean between the guild and where we were at... I would have to estimate that you have fallen around here," Curtis pointed to a group of islands, "The Melody Archipelagos. A group of islands filled with plenty of mysteries. If you have fallen at around here and failed to use your life bottle in time, and adding to terminal velocity... plus the eastern sea winds during this season... you should have fallen near the... oh my." Curtis walked back to the scroll racks and pulled out another and unrolled it to show an island close up, "The Serpent Isle, a place full of sea creatures and dangerous monsters. However, it is also the home of beautiful creatures called Sirens. They say the serpents and sirens live in a symbiotic relationship; sirens sing all day and attract men, and the serpents then eat them." Curtis sighed, "Then again I am getting too far ahead of myself. The only way for you to actually have survived something like that is if you were to tame a siren... correct?" Curtis asked simply. He did want to toy with Zihark a little, but he was curious where his column did fall. И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N number of posts: 8

'Force Specialist' Ratheonous
Diamond Serenity HP: 3400/3400 Mano: 400/400 Spells: C rank: Clasp :Active Shield: Ready B rank: P&P: Ready Ring: Ready A rank: Barrier: Active/Ready Dome: Active/Ready ╔════════════════╬════════════════╗ • Ratheonous raised his eye brow as Curtis pulled out a map. It was strange to see that he would carry a scroll like that where ever he went. Though he had seen many strange things...especially coming out of the vice captain when he was drunk. Those memories would have to be reflected on later. For now Zihark listened to the ranting of his superior. By the end of it the force mage's brow was literally twitching. He pulled his hat down trying to hide it. Somehow this man was able to get the story without even being told it. It was like he was able to put together a puzzle when half the pieces were missing. Either he was watching the mage the whole time or had some inhuman ability that no one else wasn't able to acquire. Definitely one or the other. This wasn't the first time he had done this either. Nope the vice captain has had several occasions where he went on one of these rants. Usually Zihark wasn't the target to these. When he wasn't however it ticked him off a bit. After all it felt like an invasion of privacy. Curtis was able to get the full story out of such little details. Although it was infuriating at times it did have it's usefulness. It was his smarts that allowed him to be such a reliable vice captain. Especially it helped out Niomi who was still inexperienced in the leadership department. Letting out an aggravated grunt Ratheonous knew he couldn't exactly withhold the truth at this point. ".....I wouldn't use the word tame....rather lets go with persuaded." He replied admitting to the assumptions. Persuaded was complete the wrong word to use in such an event. After he would never truly explain how it happened. At least not within a month or two. "Anyways I see nothing wrong with gaining a summon on some random travels. She does have some unique abilities to her after all.You will meet her eventually." He explained in an attempt to turn it into a positive. It was a good thing though no matter how Curtis saw it in his eyes. ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

Now, regarding your column." Curtis looked back at the chart of Melody Archipelago and frowned, "We are going to need your original due to the fact that we have very sensitive items that needs to be locked up immediately... which just so happens to be carried on Tarchon's back... Anyway, it would be a good idea to ask the local blacksmith for a spare, but with the time allotted it might not be ready in time. Considering that we have the weapons and the games to worry about." Curtis contemplated for a short while on the map and began to think out loud, "There may just be a chance that your weapon is still obtainable. Around here, due east of the Serpent Isle, is a location of another mystery. Right here, there used to be an ancient city that became lost in the sea due to some unknown events. There is a chance that it is down there..." Curtis looked up at the Force Specialist, "What do you think about ocean after your little swim?"И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N number of paragraphs: 10

'Force Specialist' Ratheonous
Diamond Serenity HP: 3400/3400 Mano: 400/400 Spells: C rank: Clasp :Active Shield: Ready B rank: P&P: Ready Ring: Ready A rank: Barrier: Active/Ready Dome: Active/Ready ╔════════════════╬════════════════╗ • "Are you serious?" Ratheonous questioned after listening to Curtis's plan. "Your suggesting to go out to the ocean in search of a lost city at the bottom of the ocean. Not only that you think that by some chance that my weapon may have landed in that city in which we don't even know exists. Do you have any idea how ridiculous that sounds?" The man once again questioned. With a brief moment of silence even Zihark thought about the plan a bit more. In truth he was right about one thing. The longer they had to wait the more chance of them losing the weapon that Curtis worked to collect from the desert. At least in the vault it would be secured and needed not to be worried about for the time being. Ratheonous sighed, "In truth I have heard more ridiculous plans." That would be his acceptance towards the idea. After all it wasn't a lost cause. His club or 'column' as Curtis referred to it as was near indestructible. So if it was at the bottom of the ocean it would be just fine. Maybe a little salty but other then that it would probably remain undamaged. This was just speculation though. However this 'column' was a family heirloom of his and had been pasted down throughout the generations. For what purpose was unknown but it did have access to open the vault in Diamond Serenity. Maybe it just was a really unique key. Still he did wish to get it back, so that he could eventually pass it down himself. "First though we have to pass by a couple places. I have a couple of things that maybe of use to us." He said as he made is way towards the exit. ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

He began to roll up the maps and place them back on the racks, "Of course, getting to the location is a bit easy, getting deep enough will be somewhat of a fun experience."Curtis began to follow Ratheonous out, "But of course, and I will work on getting our ride to the location. Best not waste too much Mano for this trip. And I'll get a myself a life bottle for myself and you as well." Curtis Followed close to Ratheonous and smirked, "And maybe say hello to the young miss."И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N [Exits] number of paragraphs: 12
