The audience in the crowd was buzzing. It was a beautiful night in Greenwich, Connecticut. And the crowd would not have seen this coming. In a snap, Shawn Michael's sexy boy theme song would have hit the PA system. The audience had stood on their feet, cheering for Shawn Michaels. It's been awhile since the TNWF Universe has heard, the Heart Break Kid's theme song. Shawn Michaels came out with his happy smile, waving to everyone. Shawn tipped his cowboy hat to the crowd as he walked down the ramp. Shawn would of had his casual clothes equipped on himself: cowboy hat, plaid shirt, blue jeans, and shoes. Some would have been wondering why Shawn Michaels was out here, considering he hasn't been relevant in along time. Shawn went inside of the ring and grabbed a microphone from the officials, "It's nice to be out here, hearing all of you guys again. It's been awhile since I stepped inside of this ring and I miss it. I missed entertaining the people in their living rooms and inside of this ring." The crowd would have interrupted Shawn Michaels with a cheer. Shawn nodded his head to the sounds of the cheering, happily grinning again. "Inspite of what people think of me, what I've always wanted was for you guys to be happy. To have a good time, enjoy yourself. I've always tried to be the one to provide it. Whether if I was in the good side or the bad side. And over the last couple of months, I've never been able to perform for you, the fans. The only reason why that is, is because I've been laying on a hospital bed for the most part and because I'm not as charismatic as I was when I was in this ring 5 years ago. But if I can't come back and perform at the level that I performed at 5 years ago .. I can't perform, I can't come out here and just go half-assed. I have to go and I have romp and stomp. I have to toss people around. I have to have fun. Going back, I remember being the second TNWE Royal Rumble winner and being out in this ring with my best friend Hunter. I came in first and was the last to leave. I see the new talent in the back and I gotta give them their big applaud because that's what I want for the future are these guys, who were once like myself, I remember being out here when I was 19 years old and competing against these big, tough wrestlers. Y'know, now I'm here. I walk around the locker room area and people know who I am whether it'd be the Heartbreak Kid, Mr. WrestleMania, or Shawn Michaels. They know that I've achieved alot in my career and I want the people like that in the back who are rookies carrying out the company for the future just like what I did. You'know, I've never been able to put my all into this ring like I used to. Unfortunately what I've got for you right now is alot of sorrow, alot of tears, and alot of emotion." Michaels began tearing up, but tried to keep strong during this promo "So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to home and see whats left for me whether it would be in this ring or out. I know I'm not relevant. And this may seem out of the blue right now, but I just wanted to tell you. The fans, my last goodbye and give my thanks. I give my thanks to: Edge, you've been with me throughout my whole career and I remember those times when we were The Rated R Sexy Boys, those were great times. I want to thank, my best friend Triple H. We've been through the good and the bad, but despite the troubles we've had in our relationship I've always loved you like a close brother. I want to thank .... Kevin Nash. Nash is the type of guy that will always be there for you. Nash, hes like a rock, he is solid, steady and always there, even when thrown around, separated he holds his ground and is steadfast when tread all over he still comes out strong and will watch my back. And last and for all, I'd like to thank, most importantly, you guys. You're the reason why I'm out here. You're the reason why I wrestle. You're the reason why I'm so successful. Thank you, goodbye." Shawn Michaels would have tipped his cowboy hat for the last time to the crowd and would have left the arena once and for all.
