Located on the other side of the river the only way to it is form the highway. There are a variety of construction materials laying about as well as lots of cat walks up top. On the back wall is a metal staircase the leads up to the building's only office. Not much of a hiddy hole but the chain link fence around it that encases a lot of land might be appealing to someone.
