A simple small self storage in town just down the road from the gas station. Inside it's high linked fence you might find untold treasures that is if you can get past the locked gate and open the garage like doors quietly. There are a few zombie on the lot how they got in though no one is sure. Not many will wander that close to the forest to check for holes.
