Located behind the Red Hawk Diner, it's the tallest point in Black Creek. A fence with barb wire protects three of the four sides of it while the other is just a plain wooden fence in the back of the diner. The diner parks the dumpsters in front of them but you can climb over if you want. The ladders are tall and at the top it's a bit dizzying but from there you have a great view of the town and surrounding farms. Great place to scout for danger rolling in or see what else is going on.
