Naruto Scrolls of Knowledge is based on two rulebooks. D20 Modern (the core) and NarutoD20. The guild itself will list most of the features of D20 Modern as well as a decent amount of content extracted from NarutoD20. However, the amount of ND20 content is massive. As far as I know there is no online source that compiles the entire system and I do not intend to be the first to tackle this feat. Instead we will seek to open the guild with no less than 25% of the book posted and ready to go and strive to add more and more as time goes on. However, this by no means is saying that you are not allowed access to the full range of content. By simply downloading the free NarutoD20 rulebook you will have access to the direct source of the guilds content. That includes every feat, every item, and every ability. If you download the book and wish to utilize something that hasn't yet been posted in this guild you may do so by simply contacting a GM and having it approved. This means that any of the 1,000+ jutsu in the book can be yours if you simply take the time and research the book yourselves. For those who do not wish to do so there will still be enough local content for you to create a fully functioning Ninja however be aware that those that download and learn the book for themselves will have the edge.
