mad Rush came to me beforehand to get my permission on using a character based off Kenpachi, I gave the ok. I am also the one who approved his character. My own characters Headmistresses Roseira and Melfina are also based of cannon characters Utena and Anthy from Revolutionary Girl Utena. I have nothing in the rules that states people cannot use cannon character picts or info for their characters as long as they don't overdo it with their power in the guild. So please do not criticize other people about the characters they are using. Myself, my VC, and my crew all look over the character before approving it.
