Eneigh understands the cruelty of the world better than most and is a reflection of that very aspect. Born and abandoned at a young age he had to learn to fend for himself. Learning from failure by starving is not a pleasant thing, and teaches you quickly about what you are willing to do to survive. Eneigh killed, stole, and fought for everything he could get. In his early twenties you could say that he had established enough of a reputation that he didn't need to resort to such petty things. He as a minor king in a small part of a big city.
Eneighs death was nothing more than a show for the people when he was beaten by some new thugs who had moved in and claimed his territory as their own. In the middle of the day Eneigh was beaten to death to simply send a message to the other folks living in the squalor. A message that Eneigh took with him into the after life.
As a hollow Eneigh avoided Shinigami and focused on sending messages, some as simple as piling bodies where shinigami had left through Senkai gates to simply show them they weren't good enough. Eneigh is a horribly thorough individual when it comes to demoralizing and finally destroying his opponents. In Hueco Mundo he was nothing though, in this cruel world there was nothing to take from anyone because there was nothing to be had. Eneigh had to adapt and become something more.
Eneigh needed something to make him more powerful, he needed a driving force to push him to keep getting better and he found it in the Queen of Hollows. An individual who had things to lose like no other. After Eneigh's first attempted a bleeding away what she had built he was beaten within an inch of his life. The only thing that saved him was prostrating himself at her feet and swearing an oath of fealty. Eneigh began as nothing more than an insignificant fly and has raised himself up to the Queens Fraccion. He is her dagger and shield when necessary, and he performs his duty with a deadly precision.
