The Circle As the 5 of them were talking amongst themselves the three of the circle all looked behind the shadowmancers as another, fourth circle member rised from the water. The same voice then said 'The court is ordering us to let them go...' and then they all looked at the shadowmancers. And as if the other circle members suddenly knew everything the fourth did, the first of them said 'You seek to be a part of the Guildeam once again... 'The court?' asked Nyru. 'What happened to the others?!' he then asked. 'They were caught.... and answered to the Court of Absolution... Hell awaits for the major cities' and then all of teh circle members turned to look in the eastern horizon. 'they shall not pass' they all then said in unison. The Court of Absolution was the government of the Guildeam, of Occulas. And those at Skyfall had been captured, and they divulged all the information. Now, the leaders of each guild and Neutral City is being told the same information. When the sun falls tonight... all hell breaks lose. But they won't get far... for the Guildeam knows what's going to happen. All thanks to the conclave.

Claudia was confused, but understood what had happened to their other allies. She walked in front of Nyru. "Their going to spare us so let's leave. There is nothing we can do for the others or the cities." The girl sounded selfish, but what could they do. These men were a higher power than them, and had great authority. The female regrets ever stepping foot outside of the Shade. Her body was shaking like a leaf, and she felt sick to her stomach. This was no what she sighed up for, and she couldn't bare to go through anymore tribulations. "Nyru, I want to go home. I don't want to do this anymore." She was a coward, but she was also afraid of losing Nyru. The mention of Hell arising was freaking her out. These men knew more than her, and she took every word they said seriously.

The Circle Nyru looked over to the horizon himself... everything seemed so much more horrible now, even though the conclave has kept almost everything safe. Looking at Claudia finally as she spoke however he said 'But we have no way of getting back, unless you want to walk for a week. I mean, we must be somewhere in the Shard' 'You stand amongst the center of the shard...' one of them circle said. 'see' Nyru then commented. 'Perhaps....' one of the circle then spoke again. 'Once this... is over. Travel can be arranged...'

Claudia understood that they were far away from their home, but she would rather walk. She still didn't trust any of the men and she hoped Nyru didn't either. The blonde leaned slightly into Nyru's ear, and whispered, "This situation is not going to end well if we trust them. They was us dead or at least to atone for our "sins". I know we got kidnapped, but I rather take our chances walking, and somehow hitch a ride." She explained. Maybe she was acting irrational, but she wanted to leave despite what Nyru says. The blonde nailed back and examined all the clocked figures. She slowly pulled out her bow tightening her grip on it. The arrow may have failed the first time, but a second shot is the charm.

The Circle As she whispered in his ear he almost hopelessly looked around the ground they stood on. Walking back from here? He felt like he wanted to help in some way... he felt guilty. But he also wanted to prove that the Conclave was not evil. But he was also a little angry in side. No one knew the truth. That war... it was not begun by the conclave... everyone was just so prejudiced and presumed that the 'dark wanderer' with the black jewel to be of the conclave... He turned his head and his visor looked to Claudia, her reflection staring back at her. 'Okay...' he said. 'I'm sure the circle is more than capable' he then said almost more happily. He then got up and tried to get close to the edge, but still large fish gathered and seemingly with nasty jaws. He then turned to them and had to ask 'Let us leave? We can go back tot he Land of Crows and set things strai-' 'You're bound here by royal decree....' one then loudly whispered. 'w-what?' Nyru had to ask. The queen? How could that be? 'It is to our knowledge.... Queen Declasia spoke to the court.... and after your allies were judged respectfully... she entrusted us that any shadowmancers... will help us...' 'But we were not sent to aid the cities! We we sent to scout our borders!' 'You seem... quite capable to us....' And then one of them that wasn't speaking stepped forwards as the others lines up respectfully. As mysterious as they were... and formidable... now they seemed not to want to surround them, but be equal. Nyru wanted to retaliate but wasn't sure how... if the queen said so... but then one of them spoke again. 'We do not care... for your story. We care only for the preservation of... peace. And if the conclave is the answer... then so be it...'

Claudia was glad that Nyru was going to ask to leave, but to her surprise the men wouldn't let them. Queen Declasia had commanded them to help aid the cities. Nyru was trying his best to argue, but they were under oath and couldn't refuse. Scouting was their mission, but now the quota has changed, and not in their favor. The blonde walked over to Nyru and placed a hand on his shoulder. "We must stay, if that is an order from the queen. If we were to disobey we would be removed and banished into exile. Besides, I guess we can concern ourselves lucky that we weren't judged the same way as our comrades." She said reassuringly. They could attempt to leave the circle at anytime, but what would that accomplish and how far would they get? The men of the circle were dead set on using them as aid. "If we are going to help, you can at least apologize from earlier. I am a lady of high standards, and should be treated as such. My partner here deserves the best as well." She was still upset about the kidnapping matter obviously.

The Circle It seems the two were going to stay, all the better for the Circle. For in all honesty, when it came to keeping things alive and stopping destruction the Circle could be a little brash. But even they thought the empires of the Scarred nothing compared to teir mighty power. But after the events of Elixer island... they were almost worried, and that last statement by them was them trying to ask for help, in their own creepy way. Nodding to his comrade 'right' he said. Looking to the men though he awaited their reaction to Claudia's more self righteous comments. It almost made him smile, it was typical. One of the hoods tilted almost in confusion and said 'we apologised to the conclave the day the court ordered your collapse...' he said. Always in a puzzle he never answered straight. The two other circle members walked off the platform and turned to leaves that blew away in the wind. It almost made Nyru have a chill send up his spine. These guys... the Circle. They were the one thing on this earth that less and less was known of them the more you tried to understand it. Firstly, how did they become immortal, but then again so is the queen. Did they cheat death just as she did? The last of them then held out some twiggy, or bony hands to the two. It was hard to tell if he was dead or alive. He held out he palms after that, almost wanting them to accept his touch to take them somewhere.

The female wanted to question why the court would order such a ridiculous request, but brushed it off. This place must be kept a secret, and the men probably didn't want Nyru or Claudia to try and find their way back there again. At least they apologized, and for now the blonde was satisfied, but the satisfaction wouldn't last for long. She always had something to complain about, but that's just who she is.
She saw the some of the other men leave the platform dramatically. It was rather creepy, but it didn't scare her. An insect or mud, something nonthreatening, was the cause of her fears. Suddenly, the figure held out his hands signaling for her and Nyru to take them. She wasn't sure what to expect, but she wanted to go first. In case the man's intentions were to harm them, even those he claimed that him and his men would not cause harm, Nyru would be safe. She still owed him her life.
Claudia stepped forward and stared at the male's hand. Was he dead or alive or just on the verge of death, but was immortal? She hovered her hand over his hesitating, but then finally resting her hand in his.

The Circle As she took his palm the odd voice eerily mentioned 'do not fear... death' as if to be replying to her thoughts. Did... could he even do that?Perhaps it was just because their hands were close... Then Nyru saw Claudia, and quickly followed, clasping his hand in his own and almost immediately afterwards something took them. Everything turned dark and their bodies felt like it had been taken apart and pulled back together again after traveling some far way. When the light came back... they were surrounded in tall pointy spires and round roofed buildings. Everything seemed to be at one with nature, the buildings adorned with plant pots and grass surrounding much of the ground with what little paths there were. Lightning even struck one of the spires above them. It seemed to be tipped with... a figure? An actual person perhaps. Opening his eyes, Nyru clasped his stomach feeling sick. The circle member merely let go of them and began walking forwards towards some great steps leading to a great round building. ((after ur next post i shall quote you somewhere in Shard City smile ))

Claudia's eyes widened when he read her thoughts. These men were just full of surprises, and that made Claudia more wary of them. Nyru stepped up and took the figure's hand immediately. He never seemed frightened or uncertain of anything unlike her.
The next think she knew everything was dark, and she was becoming rather dizzy. Is this what happened the first time the two were kidnapped? This sensation was overwhelming, and all she wanted to do was lay down and vomit. The trip wasn't long though, even if did feeling like a life time. The female became aware of her surroundings after falling to the ground ready to pass out. At first she thought they were in the forest again, but with closer observation they were in a city. A city were plants enveloped everything including the sidewalks.
The blonde stared up at her partner with concern. He looked paler than usual, and he was hold his stomach, which indicated to her that he was about to be sick. Luckily, the hooded male left them there to be at peace just for a few seconds. "Nyru, are you all right?" [Okay smile ]
