~ Payback {The user stores power, then attacks. If the user can use this attack after the target, its power is doubled.}

She can been seen as sarcastic, quick, witty...all those things that should never come to together for fear of creating the ultimate...Terror? She is not to be trifled with, her quick words and blunt honesty can tear apart one's self esteem faster than a locomotive tears apart a wooden crate. It is this attitude that makes her a threat not only to the Resistance, but to the Doverie and Scientists as well. If she hates you, you'll know. If she intends to tolerate you, you wont know. Her "Girls", the two other heads, are snappish towards strangers but tend to understand people's intentions before they speak. They are Carthage's protection. All together, the Hydreigon is classified as a loose cannon. Extra: The two secondary heads aren't actually connected to Carthage, but to each other.cBoth are blind but rely on extremely honed senses besides sight. Carthage has lighter bones than most. ~ Swords Dance {A frenetic dance to uplift the fighting spirit. It sharply raises the user’s Attack stat.}

~ Solar Beam {A two-turn attack. The user gathers light, then blasts a bundled beam on the second turn.}
~ Double Edge {A reckless, life-risking tackle. It also damages the user by a fairly large amount, however.}
~ Jump Kick {The user jumps up high, then strikes with a kick. If the kick misses, the user hurts itself.}
~ Faint Attack {The user approaches the target disarmingly, then throws a sucker punch. It hits without fail.}
~ Aromatherapy {The user releases a soothing scent that heals all status problems affecting the user's party.}Gender: FemaleLevel: 8Crush: Blup...Nope. Come October, maybe.What are you like: Not much is known about this tall woman. She was a successful experiment on the scientists part, creating a brand new pokemon, never before seen or heard of. She's a regal, queen-like person with a guardian nature. If someone's in trouble, she's stand for them. If you're distraught, she'll provide wise words. Above all, she's a leader. Her skill with words and wits can rival the best, and her ferocity shows in battle, rallying her forces to victory. Sometimes, the mask cracks, she is a flustered mess, stress overtakes her mind and she'll just fall apart.Extra: No abilities for Xerneas yet, so I'll just toss in some TM/HM moves until October.
