I would like to ask you to choose a more gundam styled picture for your unit if not one that is actually from gundam. An Eva will be very out of place in this RP, gundam tech on it or not. I'd suggest a variant of a Zaku 2 or Leo if you wish to be resistance.

FYI the transfer to the federation for you has been okayed.
This is my take, but how are you fitting the thrusters on the back and feet? last i recall, the eva had NONE.
Luna titanium is a no no, Titanium alloy/Ceramic composite, or *insert Zaku armor*
The learning computer is probably a nono too
judging by your cockpit description, you're basing it off the Plug system of Eva. The plug system get plugged right around the base of the cervical spine(neck region) Not the chest.
your current weapons are 1 point over, so you'll have to ditch one of your weapons( Knuckle shield, 90mm Mgun w/ Grenade launcher or the 42mm Jagdgewer)
