Personality: Allen has a deep seeded belief that humanity is evolving to fast technology wise and is destroying the human race. He is dead set on hampering the progression of technology to force the world to slow down. This has painted his psychology, thinking that he is alone in a vast "war" this makes him paranoid and wary of others. This in turns makes him distance himself from others and appear angry towards anyone who gets close.
