Would it be possible to get a Meowth if it's opposite gendered, or shiny? I would feel better with a shiny meowth and on different lineart, of a different gender.

Evolving: YES ALL DE EVOS (no lol) <3 Nickname: Prism Gender: Male Shiny: Hybrid Eye Color: albino like pink Description: Normal Ho-oh colors for most of him (the red orange with the white belly and black eye markings, green neck stripe, etc). The wing tips would fade from green to pastel rainbow color. So would the head feathers and tail feathers. He would also have tiger like stripes in the gold color of a shiny ho-oh on his head/neck/wings/back and then silver stripes from the shiny ho-oh on the tail feathers (and head feathers) fading when it gets to the pastel tips. Edits: Silver metal bands on his ankles, a chain necklace with a medium sized opal stone attached to it.
