Sutekina is a child by all means, he plays to much and is always loud. However, when things get bad he stays no matter what and he really tries in everything he does.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
• Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill ~ E Rank (1)
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank (1)
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank (1)
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.

The puppet fires countless senbon from an opening in its body.
• Puppet Dance of Mystic Rain ~ C Rank (3)
The puppeteer wraps the enemy with chakra strings in an effort to bind and restrict their movements, and then has the puppets spew poisonous mist on the opponent.
• Puppet-Puppeteer Illusion ~ C Rank (3)
A poisoned senbon is shot from the puppet and upon contact causes the target to confuse the positions of the Puppet and the Puppeteer.
• Puppet Spider Venom Blast~ C Rank (3)
This technique can only be done with Anko. Anko moves quickly towards the target, turns around and fires a blast of poison gas in the target's direction.

Background:
Being the youngest of nine children and the runt of the litter Sutekina was always outspoken. As he grew older, he grew louder and louder until he became known as Booming Blue. As a young kid, he always watched his father in his workshop making puppets, eventually his father began to teach him how to care for them. Shortly after becoming a genin his father gave him the Spider Puppet and lessons on the basics of the Puppet Technique. One day, his father told him of the"White Secret Technique: The Chikamatsu Collection of Ten Puppets,"one of the greatest techniques a Puppet Master could learn. With only two years of experience and a lot more to go Sutekina wants to prove that he is a great Puppet Master and make his father proud.
