The deer looked at her and nudged her head. "I take that as a yes." she smiled, "I shall name you ginger. sound good?" She asked the young deer.
Ginger nudged again at the acceptance of the name. "Be free sweet Ginger. I shall come back for you soon." She stood up and let go of Ginger, whom did not want to rush away but, hesitantly left her side and pranced back into the thicker of the woods. Gracia smiled as she watched Ginger happily prance away. She walked over to the flowing river and sat on the bank, dangling her feet into the icy cool water. The feeling was a bit overwhelming. She had never felt anything like this before. Suddenly she felt something nudge at the bottom of her feet. She quickly pulled her knees up to her chest and looked down into the water below. Several small orange and gold fish were looking up at her from the water, seeming just as startled as her. She smiled back down at them and placed her feet back in the water and looked up at what she could see of the pale blue sky above her. It was beautiful, white puffy clouds floated across the sky gracefully without fault, the wind gently danced through the tree tops dancing with the light through the leaves. It was peaceful.
