Personality: Calm and collected but with a twisted sense of humor and an extremely short fuse, Yuri can be very blunt in a way that often makes him seem condescending. However, despite all of this, he’s got those moments where he’s the world’s biggest teddy bear.
Weapon(s): Neo Kingdom Key and basic Fire, Blizzard, and Thunder magic that, inexplicably, is as large and powerful as the most potent versions (think a normal Fire, but it’s at least as strong as a full-power Firaga etc.).
Battle Style: Yuri only ever fights with a brutal, balls-to-the-wall hand-to-hand style unless he believes the situation is so hopelessly desperate that using his keyblade is an absolutely undeniable need, although even if his life is on the line there is no promise he’ll use it. The same applies to his magic, although on a lesser scale: He can use it, and it’s incredibly powerful albeit rather simple and basic, but he generally prefers not to without a good reason.
Likes: Sweets, food (prefers spicy food but “food is food”)
Hates: Spiders (they are, interestingly enough, his ultimate biggest fear)
History/bio: Yuri was born and raised on a small world that, for the longest time, lived in perfect peace without ever even knowing that heartless, nobodys, and keyblades even existed. Yuri himself, within his own hometown, was something of a local legend due to his incredible hand-to-hand fighting ability and his extremely uncanny prowess with simple magic. One day, his homeworld’s ignorance was its undoing. Although the heartless devoured the entire planet in barely an hour; Yuri was personally responsible for destroying no less than two hundred of them with his bare hands. When he came to, he was in Twilight Town with his last memory being seeing a massive heartless in the shape of a man with a heart shape cut out of the chest…massive wings of darkness jutting from the back, black mane of hair billowing in every direction, and those massive yet beady yellow eyes staring him down just before it all goes dark. He also had in his hand a weapon he had never seen before. It didn't take long for him to learn how to use it. As it stands, Yuri is entirely unaware of the Academy, its student, and its teachers despite hearing it mentioned in passing once or twice. Interestingly, Yuri views keyblades as nothing more than exceptionally powerful, special swords...just like he views keyblade wielders as nothing more than other fightrs who have similar exceptionally powerful, special swords.
