You are the apple...
So in the past year or so, a group of my friends have gotten into, well, not really DnD, i suppose; it's more our own sort of version. The one guy who started up our group made a bunch of characters, and we all take turns DMing whenever we have a story made up. Our stories only last a night, but there may come a time where we do multiple night games.
It's all rather fun and tonight we're holding another game that I'm the DM for.
Care to share some DnD stories, Burn? Some hilarious things that happened in a game or some stories that you found epic in any way?
and I am your core.

oh the stories in which to tell. my friends did a very similar thing, with no board or set characters. we created our own adventure with our own characters. Only one of us was ever DM, but he was a pretty good DM. One of the funniest moments was when we all went to sleep and a bandit raided our supplies and tried to sneak off. He accidentally woke our druid who proceeded to transform into a bear, grab out dragoon and hurl him at the bandit. The result: He missed and our dragoon got stuck in a tree. We managed to kill the bandit by our paladin hurling his hammer at the bandit and killing him. We, however, forgot to recover our dragoons spear which he left in the tree after he was hurled into it. All in all, we never let the druid make decisions again.

Oh the things that happened last night...
Dice we use for players are two ten-sided dice, 0-9 and 00-90
There ended up a situation where two guys were stuck in a cave with a door that could only be opened with magic and they both had 0 for their magic stat. Losing ten health a day with three rolls a day, things looked dire. But one of them managed to roll that elusive triple zero and they moved on. It was amazing lol.
Of course there was the time I was an illiterate character who couldnt talk and I was the only one who managed to roll Fellowship so I could communicate with NPC's...our DM that game was just like *facepalm*

You are the apple...
Another night, another crazy story...
A octopus/kraken thing attacking a base out at sea and eventually submerging it with everyone inside...one guy eventually swimming to the surface and being stuck there on a piece of rubble from the base, in the middle of the ocean, all alone...the lone mage swimming to the surface, freezing the entire base to it rises to the surface once again (after defeating the kraken thing), freezing an area around the now surfaced base to stand on, then using fire to melt the ice around the base so it sinks again....
One character has the ability to roll a second 00-90 die, and the guy playing that character at one point rolled a quintuple 0 and we all just went O.O...
I love these games so much lol
