Jem's kagune unwraps itself from around her.

"I'm a ghoul...a monster...kagune...sharp...not soft...", Jem says.
Jem removes her hands from her face to reveal her red and black eyes.

Jem holds out her hand and one of her kagune tails is placed in one for her hands. Another one of the tails continues to tap on his armor.
"See?" Jem says pointing at her eyes,"Monster..."

Raphael had looked deep into her eyes and immediately felt discomfort. Still, it'd be rude to be so judgmental of one's appearance.

"A monster? Well that doesn't sound that bad! You can eat whoever you don't like! Hahaha!"

The new student made an attempt at a joke but wasn't sure if it fell flat. Afterwards he still felt awkward about it, especially with her kagune poking at his armor. That was starting to freak him out, but not as much as her eyes when staring at them for too long. Who knows though, Raphael was the type to get over something like that if you were a pleasant enough person.

"H-Hey... What I'm trying to say is...I don't mind that you are a monster. You see friendly so I'll treat you friendly. I'm not against a specific breed or anything."

Jem's kagune stops poking his armor. She was poking at it to figure out what material it was made out of. She sighed in relief when she figured out that the material couldn't be pierced by her kagune. Just incase the voices controlled her, he would be safe.

"Sorry...material...you'll be...safe...," Jem said.
Her kagune disappears and her eyes return to a light blue color. She places her bag on her shoulder and makes sure everything was there.

Raphael didn't know what her kagune was doing, but he wasn't going to pry.

"Safe? Well, okay. That's good, this armor is special to me. It's made from special metal. Sooo...um... Is that all then? Do you want to maybe do something? Go somewhere?"

Raphael wasn't the type to ask questions like that, but he figured that he would attempt at making a strong friendship.

Jem looks at him curiously. He wants to hang out with her? It was very weird for her and completely new. Not a lot of people wanted to hang out with her. She was kind of curious about where he wanted to go. She didn't even no where SHE wanted to go. If she could go anywhere she would go back up to her room.
So she just nods.

"Anywhere...fine...", She said.
