Hello everyone I'm back and sense I haven't been on here in a very long time I wanted to ask where I should pick up. So where do I start?

Welcome back.
And I guess you've got three of your "Seven Sins" characters battling Toad's triplets in the destroyed Resistance base. Might as well resume the fight unless he decides otherwise?
The synopsis hasn't been updated in forever. Hold on here...
You might have a character drop in. There's a demand for evil minions too by the way.

Here's the most recent stuff from a different guy who was gone for a while, Toad11.

Been there.
Lesseee...
Nothing has happened since you've left with Elpizo's crew I believe. With everybody else they got in a fight with Lumine when they went investigating the time fluctuations and Aster swiped the Time splitter that was being built for R-Shadow to go help. Lumine is more than a little unhinged and naturally goes for the homicidal route. Toshiro, Blues, Aile, Chene, Gemini Man, and I forget who else were helped out by Aster though he did and is still getting lectured for swiping a potentially world-ending device like a time splitter.
Note: Gemini Man is being used as an interdimensional communications facilitator by having some modifications to be compatible with time splitter technology though he hasn't had a proper splitter installed due to time constraints.
Lumine finally ends up having complications thanks to the shocking truth of him possessing Axl and scientists come to collect him. They are glad about the data but still leave behind an experimental time bomb to cause panic. Some people get out in time, Aile, Aster, and Gemini Man get caught in the blast and sent to visit the Maverick Hunters post X8.
Two people in the break room are there to witness the mysterious portal from nowhere Aile and Aster out. Aile finds an old friend: Illethas, a wizard cyber-elf who has been haunting the MHHQ for the heck of it. The other two people are John Willoughby, a tech guy and a guy from Zero's unit who tends to get stuck with the paperwork named Alex Pessimal. They try to find out what in the heck is going on. Zero sees Aile in Model ZX armor and she gets thrown out the 5th story window due to being mistaken for a generic evil clone. Gemini Man arrives just as Aster and Zero are engaging in a midair battle due to Aster being rather upset people were being thrown out of windows. Gemini Man recognizes Zero for what he is and the revelation takes the two maverick hunters in the room by surprise.
Chene shrugs as does Illethas. They know about Zero, especially since they survived the Ragnarok conflict. Aile comes back up the stairs sans megamerge to get Gemini Man and Illethas leaving the two hunters in the break room to their own confusion. Model Z is oddly quiet after asking Aile to please not tell Zero exactly what the biometal is because awkwardness. Gemini Man asks why people are so dumb as to challenge Zero for the heck of it.
The splits of Gemini man are continuing to be helpful. One is in Light Labs letting them get a video feed of what's going on with the others. One is in an undisclosed location.
Zero and Aster stop having the totally awesome fateful battle when people point out that it is pointless and they might instigate a bigger conflict due to some protesters being at the one gate. They meet X since he picked up on the DRN signal.
Blues is mysterious. He watches mysteriously from a rooftop.
Aile points out to Gemini Man where Model Z gets its power. Zero is upset he threw a human out of a window in violation of the MH oath. X leaves the nonviolent dispersal of the crowd to some random guy.
There is a heartwarming reunion of Dr. Light and X and X finds out that he has family. Everybody tries to explain what is going on to X and Zero.
Quote
And there were introductions all around. (Hope this doesn't count as GMing.) Dr. Cossack knew however that Dr. Light would want to speak with X and vice versa. That was possibly as or more important to him than what everybody else had to talk about, like the mysterious attacker, the time splitter, and the un-traced unnamed enemy that had sent Lumine. Dr. Cossack was first and foremost a father. He wondered if Dr. Light felt the same way about X as he did Kalinka.
Actually, Dr. Cossack did a quick explanation of these events that had led them to believe there was something more going on so there wouldn't have to be lengthy dialogue about that. He talked about -The time splitter R Shadow broke and Aile's arrival. - The retrieval of the parts for reconstruction and purple-hair guy A's assault. (Omegaman) -Toshiro's arrival and his capturing Dr. Wily. - Attacks on Monsteropolis -First reconstructed time skimmer and how it was given to Blues with some of the limitations -Aster's arrival among other things -Investigation and field testing of time skimmer -Purple haired attacker B: Lumine -The bomb
Lumine was a name familiar to the Maverick Hunters and X explained who that guy was."
Aster investigates for any mention of Omega. Blues spies. Gemini Laser given to X and Model X. Model X is found to have no instruction manual. Blues wants to come meet Dr. Light again but at the same time is Blues and really doesn't want to. The random dude on crowd control succeeds with the power of music. Model Z's sarcasm points out that Aster and Aile are each other's long lost dead siblings. Gemini man points out how handy having X's ultimate armors on hand could be if they could be used with the biometal.
Zero finds the copycat abilities of Aile creepy and doesn't know of anything to help Aster's investigation into Omega. Aster finds the hint of a conspiracy and finds a connection to Ricardo and Malthus. There is a quick explanation of what happened in the other timeline post-giant-space-laser. Aster explains stardust, a counter to evil energy.
In other news Iris shows up at the base thanks to Blues and Dr. Light's hologram. (The dead people need to start a support group.) He's also been able to secure repliforce assets to keep them out of the hands of Sigma. Unfortunately this mostly consists of a submarine and Mets. Fortunately the mets are cute and nonthreatening. She's apparently been rebuilt using some of Colonel's tech stuff and her first thought is Zero. Drama ensues.
Back to the base.
More explanation.
Various things happened at the Light Family meeting...
- Dr. Light was sympathetic toward Blues (22XX), offering to send replacement parts, which Blues declined. - Blues (22XX) and X exchanged weapons with Gemini's added consent, though Blues didn't give up Iris' weapon(wasn't his to give away) - X and Blues (22XX) got Toshiro's 23XX Anti-virus definitions from Gemini Man
and a key element...
- The two Blues confirmed that they were not using the same nuclear reactor, proving that time had been altered at some point prior to 20XX and that a new timeline had already formed. This was supported by this Blues not remembering recent events playing out the same way in as in 20XX. He did, however, warn them of their era's Zero...and to make sure to use the anti-virus definitions which they'd just applied to him and X.
Roll also appeared on screen, saw Blues' condition, and went all caring sister on him. They then determined that with Dr. Light's death in the 22XX timeline, that Blues had derailed certain plans to, place the burdens demanded of them squarely on himself and his aging body. Dr. Light could understand the sacrifice though he'd hoped for a better life for X and Blues...while Roll was demanding that she be sent over to 22XX right now and help transfer 22XX Blues to a new functional frame, by force if necessary. She was also particularly sweet to X, glad to see her younger brother functioning for the first time. She left a generally kind and caring impression, though also appeared as a girl who got things done if others around her didn't take things seriously enough for her tastes.
The Gemini with Aile was clearly confused, meanwhile, unsure what was happening with Aster. Not being able to hear the biometals commentary only ensured that he couldn't readily infer what was happening.
"What in the world was that about?"
Aster and Aile go find lunch. They find a virus spreading device on the table. They go to talk to a researcher for the MHs about it but he's in on the human extremist conspiracy. They are suspicious. Illethas eavesdrops since Aster and Gemini Man are suspicious. They get coordinates and head off to a dig of a Wily-Tech bunker.
Iris is having difficulties due to formerly being declared dead but she and Zero are working on it and the gossip has mostly been mitigated by a time traveling t-rex. Not a clone, right from the time of dinosaurs.
Layer is not happy.
They go to the bunker and X since he was alerted to it by the main group sends a couple of hunters to help.
I'm too lazy to write what happens next. I'll probably send Mr. Cross a corporate memo about Lumine to update him but Lumine got more cross metals to keep him going.
There's more after that but it's in the most recently posted stuff. I'll probably maybe (never) update the synopsis thing for new and returning people.
They can go blow up an enemy base, request a time travel excursion from one of the people who have a time skimmer, visit an auction in Megaman Legends where the pirates are being themselves, watch Lumine make a broadcast to cause general paranoia complete with obligatory ominous fog, learn recipes from the wonder chef, sign on with an evil corporation, volunteer at the Humane Society, take swordfighting lessons from Zero after he is done being royally ticked off at somebody, set them up to fight something in the individual battle arena...
I guess I shouldn't be repeating this but... Remember you've got three characters in the destroyed Resistance base fighting off Toad's characters. I'm sure the guy's been waiting on you for a while.
