I will now try to explain how they are born and and what created them.

Super Mutants are born threw a virus that mutate there DNA into taller, stronger, tougher and smarter people then they were before but for some reason not everybody turn out to be the same as some might turn stupid. While most Super Mutants think there are better then everyone else then tend to keep to themselves because of that but they are always ready for a fight.
