You're standing in the spotlight, Stripped of your virginity Everyone is watching And you know they know This is your first time
Your palms are sweating Your hands are shaking You feel like you can't go on But the pleasure underneath it all Makes everything worthwhile
People tell you stories of Life on the other side But you had to know it first hand All you have to do is raise your voice And soon you will be ready To surrender to the spotlight
And you don a mask, a cool chararde And everything changes The way you speak and move You're someone you've never been before in your life
Your voice will shake, As the rush comes up And you waver on the edge And you ask yourself as you come down "Could this be the end?"
There is more than just the first time And even though you tried You know you can do better now Now that you've been on stage under the lights Now that you've travelled to the other side

That is a nice topic for a poem, but there were many typo's. Read through your poem and find the petty mistakes, touch it up a little, and you have yourself a nicely written poem! 3nodding
