Lotte still couldn't believe the humiliation she had faced at the tomato festival. How dared they make her lose again? It should have been obvious that she deserved to win. Now, they had brought their doom unto themselves, for she was seeking revenged! And she was doing it while wearing a totally stealthy mouse costume. No one would suspect it to be her. It wasn't like she was somehow obsessed with mice or something like that.

she had spent the last week of so reading into the resident's files (yes, everyone had a file... not that there was much into them) trying to find the person to make her new minion, someone that would help her destroy the island! Or at least humiliate everyone... And that person was Sethrian! Or he could be, but first she had to test him, interrogate him, learn more about him! All while being... sneaky.

She tiptoed to where the man was, approaching him from behind. "BAM! I heard you were smart, is that true? ARE YOU?" That was of course the most important question. She wouldn't do with another dumb minion like Minion#1 was.

Oh! The Pumpking Moon Festival! Wilhelm just loved that festival! It was his favourite! Beach day was a close second, but the very first was this one! People got to dress in costume! Even better, HE got to dress in costume! And not only that, but he could dress in ~revealing~ costume without people making too much of a fuss about it! Yes, he was that sort of person for whom "dress up" meant "put less"! But to be fair, Peter's dinosaur costume was more than making up for his lack of clothes. If his best friend was to be wearing that was completely covering him up, it was only natural that Will would be wearing only a little leopard loincloth, revealing his sexy sexy man-shape to the world! Seriously, it wasn't surprising that he had dropped out of school to become a model... But now he was back on the island which meant he could spend time with his bestfriend forever and ever and a bit more, Peter!

The moment he stepped foot on the festival ground, his eyes scanned for the green dino that was Peter. Of course, he found him quickly and ran to his friend, jumping to him in a huge hug, half tackling him down. "PETAAAAAAAA" Yay! It was his friend! Not that he was doubting that he would come AND wear the costume he had gotten for him....BUT IT WAS HIS FRIEND AND THAT WAS AWESOME. "O.M.G. Peta! You look like super duper awesome! You're so cute! You're the cutest dinosaur around, Mmhmm! So, so, so do you have candy? Are people still giving each other candy? I have candy! Do you want some candy? Here! Take some Candy!" He shoved his hand in the small leather bag he had brought with him took a handful of various sweets out, which he shoved into Peter's... paws? Claws? His dinosaurus extrimitus. Yay! Bestfriend forever! Cue thousand dollar smile of happiness. Ah, life couldn't get any better.

Sweet Goddess all merciful! The Pumpkin Moon festival was already upon us? My, my! How time passes fast, like the roadrunner scrambling away from the pesking coyote. Oh, Turner knew everything about them coyote. Always trying to put their frisky little noses where it ain't belong. Which was why he was not dressed as one! Oh, good Lord, no! Just the thought of it was enough to make his dead old grandma spin in her casket! Instead, he had decided to dress as something silly! Which was why he was wearing one of those so called suits! Darn right! He was dressed up as one of those fancy people in them fancy cities! What were they called again? Busy-men? Oh, he didn't rekon. His popa and moma never really talked about them, but he was able to find out what they wore by asking them town folks!

Well, well, well! Now was time to go meet some people. He just loved meeting folks! Which was why he headed straight for one of the largest group of people he could see (Kenneth, Oliver, Penelope and Brook). "My! Look at y'all! All y'all look right fancy! Ain't it a great day for a festival? Goodness gracious! Where are my manners! Me moma would slap me behind the head with her wooden spoon for being so rude. The name's Turner, y'all." He nodded at the same time, affirming that this really was really his name! "Here, have a turnip." He opened his suitcase and took out four turnips, which he placed in everyone of them hands.

"Fussy...?" Naomi looked at Angela with a false look of confusion. Great, now the b***h was going into super snark mode, and she couldn't snark back. Her only choice was to play dumb.

"Oh, it's hardly a nightmare. It's an honor to be working for you and your family. I had nowhere else to go because, quite frankly, who would take me? I owe you and your father my life. I couldn't just--" Naomi was inwardly gagging at her mini-speech, and was relieved when Bich arrived and cut her off. Of course, that relief didn't last for long when she suddenly insulted Angela's flat chest. For some reason, that kind of stung, even if it was directed towards someone else. As soon as he heard her say her pseudonym, she took a step back, but it was too late.

"Hey! I--" Before she could even defend her poor, insulted mustache, Bich attacked her face. She instinctively tried to pull away, but when she felt something sharp near her eye and stiffened. She may have been blind, but it would hurt like hell to have her eyes clawed out of their sockets.

"I-I appreciate it but... p-please be careful," Naomi stuttered out as she slowly reached into her pocket, preparing to to shank her in the stomach if she tried anything. She really hoped it wouldn't come to that, since Angela was right there, but losing her job to save her eye was worth it. Meanwhile, Uzi was completely useless, simply snarling at Bich instead of actually attacking. Dumb dog.

This was the second festival in a row that Rose was almost completely nude at, and he was determined to keep that streak (punintentional) going. He was excited to finally make use of his bunny ears and drag someone else down with him. He wished he could have recruited two or three more people to dress up with him, but just the bouncer was fine. In fact, he was perfect. It was absolutely adorable how red and embarrassed he was.

"Haha, are you blushing?" he teased as he pat Briar on the back, trying his best to reassure him, "Just be confident, and it'll be fine. You look great." Of course, he was completely biased. After all, he was wearing the same exact costume (it looked better on him though, but he wasn't going to say that to Briar's face).

"So, are you looking to impress a certain lady, or are you still searching?" Rose attempted to make small talk as he looked around for anyone to stalk talk to.

Ah! Her brother looked so handsome in the glow of the harvest moon! It made his skin shine a radiant green, the stars reflecting in his large, bulbous eyes...! Oh right, he was wearing a Kermit mask. Well, it was for the best, because January was certainly she would swoon right to the ground if she saw his face in this moonlight! When he asked where she was, she stepped forward and clasped his hand in both of hers. "I'm right here, dear brother!" she said breathlessly, her eyes glistening with love~ "Yes, our costumes will be the best...! We have superior genes afterall," she sniffed before glancing around the field in search of potential threats. Most of them were dressed in typical shoddy costumes made of even shoddier fabric, and that wasn't anything to be worried about! January's pig costume had been based off of some commoner design, but she had had her servants sew her a replica in the finest textiles money could buy! Poor quality fabric made her break into a rash, and the last thing she wanted was to be all red and blotchy in front of her beloved brother~

All of a sudden, a small whiff of something caused January's eyes to narrow and she let go of Ferdinando's hand. She smelled something... of respectable quality? It was that girl.... Elizabeth! The girl's costume wasn't nearly as nice as January's, but... It was a notch above the rest, it must have cost her a decent sum... "There is one... That girl from our class, Elise or whatever her name is, is not dressed befitting of her peasant status," January hissed, frowning disdainfully. If there was anything January Sonata could not tolerate, it was poor people going beyond their station!

Of course, Peter never had to wait very long for Wilhelm to show up! That was one of the few things he could rely on when it came to his best friend. Other things weren't so consistent... like Will's state of dress when he did show up! Twenty-something years of friendship, and a stint as delivery boy for Wilhelm's photos to John, and Peter had learned to sort of roll with the punches, no matter how uncomfortable he got. That's why, when Wilhelm showed up wearing nothing but a loincloth, the blonde didn't seem to react much at all, except for a subtly clenched jaw. Peter had a high tolerance for most things, but almost-nudity pushed him so far out of his comfort zone even he didn't have much patience for it. But then he was tackle-hugged, and there were more important things to worry about, like staying upright. "Thanks, Will," he said pleasantly, despite his internal discomfort. "Aren't you cold?" It was a Fall night, it was a little nippy to be dressed so scantily... Though it didn't seem to bother a lot of the women here.

He took his handfuls of candy sort of uselessly, glancing around his costume in search of pockets, but alas. "Thanks. What do you want to do, Will? I didn't bring anything to eat or do, I'm sorry." He didn't think he had to, but now that he was standing there, his hands filled with sweets, he felt at a slight loss.

Alex was so busy staring up at the moon and thinking his fatherly thoughts that he wasn't very aware of what was going on around him, or that he wasn't as alone as he had thought. As usual, the festival was filling up gradually, and he was oblivious. It once until he felt a tug on his shirt that he snapped out of his ponderings, and a voice coming from below. "Not now, Freja," he replied without thinking, then shaking his head as he remembered that his wife couldn't be here, that she was busy with her new hobbies and friends and wasn't seen outside of the house anymore. So he looked down at this apparent stranger who sounded just like his wife, to find a notably shorter person with a sheet over her head. He stared at this person for a very long time. His instincts were telling him it was Freja, but the rational part of his brain told him that he was just being unrealistic, that there could be anyone under there. For a moment, he considered lifting up the sheet, but he was a gentleman, so he just continued to stare. The longer he stared, the more he felt like he was going crazy. So he turned around and looked for the closest person to him -- who wasn't dressed as a whore or pretending to be a mime, that is -- Eoin. "Hey," he said curtly. "Do you see her too?" he asked, pointing to Freja's sheet-covered head.

Todd was enjoying the view of the scantily clad women and his bickering siblings while he leaned back and sipped his drink. He was usually accustomed to drinking water so the tangy flavor of the punch was quite refreshing. He adjusted his ammo belt as it was slipping down his shoulder and when he turned his head in the direction of it he noticed a girl that looked quite distressed plop down atop a pumpkin. She didn't seem to be having a very good time and Todd just couldn't let that happen. He finished off his drink and threw away the cup before walking over to Anneliese. He stopped a few feet short of her, a bit wary of how angry she seemed upon closer inspection. "I noticed you looked a little upset. Is there anything an army lieutenant can do for you?" He smiled and watched the red drip from her hair. She seemed to have really gone all out to look just like the character that she was so blatantly dressed as. This made him feel a bit happier with his own costume since all he had to do was throw on a hat.

Tatyana was about to rip the wig off of her brother's head and hopefully get a good grip of his hair underneath when someone approached them. She was a bit shocked honestly, she had imagined that no one would want to come near them with the atrocity she was standing next to. "Oh! Hello, Murren. I'm Tatyana and this is Riley. I really like your costume! Those wings are absolutely lovely!" She reached out her hand to touch the wings. "Oh, they're just so lovely!" She smiled and drew her hand back to her side. It was nice to have someone that she wasn't related to to talk with, so she was going to be on her best behavior. Her cat claws would have to stay inside for the moment. "Before he says anything offensive, I just want you to know that he has all of the bad genes in the family. What do you say we go find something to drink, yeah?" She grabbed the girl's arm and locked her own around it and began tugging her into the opposite direction. Hopefully, the girl wasn't set on talking to Riley. She supposed that they could stay if they had to. Ugh, trying to be nice was a full-time job.

______________________________________________

Riley smiled at the new addition and placed his arms back down from his head where they had sat for him to strike his sexy pose. "Hi, Murren. Like she said, I'm Riley." He couldn't quite decide if he had wanted to talk like a woman so he had started out in a fake high voice but wound up dropping back down to his own much deeper default. He was about to compliment the girl on her outfit when Tatyana kicked into b***h mode and tried to pull the girl away. He supposed he didn't much mind, there were plenty of people for him to go wander off to, but he was a bit offended by both of his siblings not wanting to be near him. This costume wasn't as bad as some that he had worn before. "I guess it was nice to meet you, Murren." He smiled and straightened his eye patch before turning his head to take note of anyone else that might need some good ole Riley.

Dodge had straightened himself into an upright position when he saw Ayaka walking towards him. It was a relief to know that someone had decided to join him, even if it appeared that it would only be one of them. "Shucks, Ayaka, I don't look like nuthin' next to you. But I thank you, anyway. I'm right glad that you decided to join me here as I didn't wanna be all by my lonesome." He dropped his arms to his sides and tried his hardest not to fiddle with his mustache. This was exactly why he never allowed his own facial hair to get much longer than stubble, it simply got too damn itchy. Thankfully, Ayaka was just so adorable that he could be distracted by her and keep his hands away from his face. "I can't say that I have ever heard about that there otsuwumi festival, darlin'. But it does sound just about like this. Whatta you say we go see what kind of fixin's they've got for us to eat? Maybe there's somethin' like your odango." He had to admit that he was feeling a bit hungry as he had left earlier and missed dinner. He wasn't quite sure what that odango was, but he'd try anything once. Especially if Ayaka liked it so well.

Xeiro was pleased that his little family also seemed to be enjoying the night, and even more pleased when someone came up to talk to them. Oh! That wasn't a somebody. That was June. "Hey, June." He patted the man's shoulder gently before looking at his lovely sister and daughter and motioning that he was going to go walk around. He flicked his suspenders against his chest and looked around for anyone to talk to when he noticed someone in particular. "Why hello there, doctor." He stepped in front of Tshila and smiled down at her, although those rather large heels were able to bring her closer to his height. It had been awhile since he had seen her and he was happy that he had the opportunity to show his muscles off to her now. "I noticed from over there that you looked a little hot and thought maybe you'd need the help of a fireman."

______________________________________________

Lyra was about to offer to bring Beatrice with her on a short patrol to scope out anyone worth talking to when June decided to show up. She didn't quite remember much of him, but what she did remember was always that he was a complete d**k. Him calling her a brat only reiterated that point. She could see her dad was making his own exit and it seemed like a perfect time for her to ditch out too. Aunty Bea was always the only one that could stand June's s**t anyway. "p***k." She said with a smile before patting her aunt gently on the arm and then walking away from them. She honestly didn't want to stay around long enough to hear those damn kids start to wail. She started walking around in attempts to find something to do.

______________________________________________

Beatrice had become overwhelmed in a few simple seconds. Her brother had left, Lyra was cursing, and June had appeared with his two adorable little kids with him! Of course she had seen the little tykes before at daycare, but that didn't make them any less cute! "Oh June, hi! I see that they're still just so adorable!" She gently reached her hand out to rub their cheeks before drawing her attention back to June. "It's been awhile since we've had a proper conversation. How have you been?" She smiled and placed her hands neatly in front of her, fighting the urge to swoon over the babies some more. Even after all of her years working with them, she never quite grew tired of seeing children! They were just so pure and cute!

Raiden honestly hadn't even much noticed Nanami since he had put on this godawful suit. It wasn't until he turned his head towards Haruka to allow her to fiddle with his mustache that he spotted her and felt a bit guilty. His eyes trailed down to Axel once he had been properly adjusted and he couldn't help but smile, even if it was only a small smile. Axel was pleased with their current situation and didn't seem to be any the wiser that both of his parents were miserable. Maybe he had made a mistake in telling Axel the story about the cheese moon that his mother had told to him. He was regretting it as he saw the look in Axel's face as he screamed yummy. He was about to tell Haruka how lovely her wig looked when Nanami mentioned setting camp. "Yeah, this looks good to me." He nodded and gripped at Haruka's hand. "What do you think, Stephanie?" He just wouldn't be acting himself if he didn't make a playful jab at her.

"I really think someone offering to share the padding they used to create that vinyl-clad rack probably shouldn't be making remarks about someone elses chest," Angela said, voice taking on a fridge tone. "Unless they'd like said padding crammed down their throat." She watched their maid attack their butler and just rolled her eyes.

"If you two are going to flirt, can you do it elsewhere? And you," she told Naomi. "Don't have to be so polite. I can barely stand my father so as a complete stranger, I'm not going to be shocked if you recognize him for the creepy, obsessed psychopath he really is. I mean, do you ever get tired of sucking up to us all the time. You're a bloody employee, not a damn slave so no one is going to flog you if you have an actual solid opinion that isn't one hundred percent positive."

"My father may be an idiot but I actually prefer honest to simpering arse kissing. And for the love of God, stop calling me Miss Tremaine! I'm not a bloody librarian!"

--

Sethrian had just gotten himself a cup of punch when something (Lotte) sneaked up behind him and nearly startled the life out of him. He jumped, punch sloshing out of his cup and onto the table as he whirled around and gave the...creepy mouse a withering glare. "Yes, I'm intelligent enough not to expect much out of a conversation with a rodent. Who the hell are you and what do you want?"

Ugh. What if it was that nasty woman from the harbor? Though he didn't think she would be so playful considering how much she seemed to hate him. He should probably be nicer since he had no idea who this was.

With a sigh, he set his cup down on the table. "I apologize. That was uncalled for, but you startled me. Nevertheless, who are you again?"

**

Eoin was still keeping an eye out for his reticent offspring when an unfamiliar man (Alex) spoke to him, asking if he could see a walking sheet-person (Freja). Which, fortunately, he could.

"Well, yes, I can," Eoin said politely. He frowned at the man, who looked a little bewildered. "I'm sorry. Are you quite alright?" Was the alcohol already making its rounds? It was a little early for someone to already be drunk--then again, the man didn't look intoxicated. Perhaps all the costumes were just confusing him. "Ah, my apologies for my rudeness. I'm Eoin Tremaine--it's a pleasure to meet you. And your...ghostly friend?"

Assuming, of course, the man and the ghost were acquaintances...

**

"Och, thank yer!" Murren said, giving the mannish woman a startled look when she...he...it...spoke in a high, feminine voice that dropped to a disturbingly deep baritone. But before she could really react to that, the woman was dragging her away, leaving Murren to wave to the poor lady with the man-voice. "Et woz nice ter meet yer ter!" she called, waving.

"'ee? Woz 'ee yer brother?" Murren asked. "Ah thought 'ee woz a woman. Well, don' yer worry. Lot's of fam'lies 'ave those sorts 'o people tha' yer jus' can' be proud for if'n yer follow me. Bu' 'ee's yer kin so Ah'm sure yer lo'e 'im anyway. One o' my cozins always like ter dress in ladies' clothes ter. After a while we jus' started callin' 'im Jessiebelle an' were done with it."

Her face brightened when Tatyana mentioned finding drinks. "Och! Yes, well, ter be hones'--yer thin' they 'ave punch 'ere? Ah woz kinda 'opin' ter spice it up a bit!"

**

Tshila was definitely thinking of getting rid of those damned shoes when what to her wondering eyes should appear but a really hot old guy without a shirt. And hello, Benedict. She was glad to see Xeiro was taking the boys out again. She gave the man a teasing smirk, reaching up to pull out one suspender and let it go--not enough to hurt though.

"I don't think I'm the one who's hot here. I think it's you. So hot, you're totally about to have a heatstroke." She gave him a playful wink as she hooked her thumbs around both ends of her fake stethoscope. "Good thing I'm a doctor tonight and know exactly how to make all things better."

"Though, you'd have to be willing to submit yourself to a physical exam first..."

**

Michael was heading to the refreshments table when he nearly bowled over a young woman (Lyra) who seemed to be stalking away from another group of people. "Whoa, sorry about that!" he said, reaching out to grab her shoulders just to keep from smashing into her. "Wasn't quite watching where I was going. You alright?"

Oh...damn. Yeah. She was definitely alright, he realized. More than alright--at least when it came to looks.

He gave her a slight smile, releasing her shoulders. "It's a bit crowded around here--so many people around. It always seems like such a quiet town but it looks like Festivals bring out the crazy in everyone. Is it always like this when there's a party?"

Well, it seemed that no one Usagi knew was there yet. That was no good. She knew her sister was likely to stray away and find people to talk to, but she didn't want to be alone in a crowd of people she didn't even know! She couldn't even spot someone who was an acquaintance, let alone a friend! This was no good! No good at all. It was true that she had been excited for this festival, but now she was no longer sure. Maybe she should just go back home and pass out candy to NPC tricker treaters, that wouldn't be too bad. She could even pop in a nice Halloween themes movie. That's probably be better than standing all alone at the festival. "Um, Mitsukai..." she tried to get the younger woman's attention. "I think I might just go back home, but you can stay." While she may be going, she didn't want her sister to miss out on the fun. That wouldn't be very fair.

----------------

Mitsukai shook her head, "That's no good," she turned and looked at her sister. "How much did you pay for that costume? If you go home that'll just be a big waste of your money. Plus, you never get out! Have some fun!" she smiled confidently at the older woman. Oh, if only Usagi had the confidence she had! Then her sister would be able to go out and do so much more! For now, all Mitsukai could do was push her to have fun! Usagi deserved it! All the woman ever did was work and sit around the house, going out and socializing would do her good. "C'mon let's go find someone interesting to talk to." Try as she might to encourage her, she knew the woman would refuse. Why couldn't someone Usagi knew be here? Like Rory, or Kade, or even that kid who worked for her. At least then she could go off and find her own thing to do without feeling bad about it.

----------------

Yes, after looking around Elizabeth could easily decide that her costume was the best, not that she didn't know that beforehand! Oh, but something else had caught her attention for the moment! It was a beautiful palanquin in the middle of the festival grounds! How dare someone try to upstage her like that! Still, she couldn't deny the beauty of it. She needed one of her own. No, she deserved one of her own. If only she could get her parents to buy her one; however, that seemed unlikely. Oh, but one day, she'd have a carriage of her own! She'd make sure of it. It sure would be nice to have servants to carry her around all day! In the mean time, she decided it wouldn't hurt to find out just who this belonged to. Who were these people using this magnificent mode of transportation? Right outside she spotted two people who must be the owners! Oh, it was a pig girl and a frog. How gross. She would have thought people in palanquins would have better costume taste, but it seemed she was wrong.

----------------

"Paige, Paige, look!" Tara exclaimed. Wow there were a lot of scantily clad, attractive people in this town. "Look how attractive they all are?" In all honesty, Paige didn't care, but she nodded her head to satisfy her friend. It wasn't that Paige didn't find people aesthetically attractive, she did. She just couldn't find people sexually attractive the way Tara did.

Meanwhile Tara continued to look around, trying her best to decide who she found the hottest. It wasn't easy though! There was the older but still attractive bunch; including the man in the army costume (Todd), a referee woman (Tatyana), and a construction worker (Xeiro). Then was the younger bunch, closer to her age, though most were probably in their twenties. Those of which included, a sailor (Lyra), Princess Leia (Angela), a guy wearing a kilt (Michaell), Alice (Melissa), a maid (Leda), a hooker impersonating a doctor (Tshila), a colorful fairy (Mitsukai), a monster/dinosaur? (Penelope), a cupcake (Brookelle), a cat maid (Ayaka), Ariel (Anneliese), Catwoman (Kim), two play girl bunnies (Briar and Rose), and a guy in a leopard loin cloth (Wilhelm). Personally, she thought the girl going as the hooker doctor had the best costume, but that didn't settle who was the best looking. "Who should we introduce ourselves to first?" Tara just couldn't decided on her own! "Anyone?" Paige suggested. How was she supposed to know who's pants Tara wanted to get into the most?

Oliver was a little confused when Turner came over to their little group and gave them four turnips. It was kinda nice so all he said was, "Thanks man, It's nice to meet you. And this little lady is Penelope, her brother Kenneth, and my name is Oliver." Looking over at the other girl that had joined their group he frowned. He felt a little weird since he introduced everyone but her.

Brookelle smiled saying a soft thank you then adding, "My name's Brookelle." She twisted a strand of her long hair between her fingers before looking around Turner. Did he come here by himself? It wasn't odd. She did too but she was just a little curious. "Did you come to the festival by yourself?"

Well he finally found his little group, along with another girl. Maybe some one that Penelope or Oliver started talking to. Or just a girl close by them. Probably the later since Oliver didn't know her name when he was introducing everyone. Looking around he wondered if he'd see anyone that they had met before the festival. And hopefully it wouldn't be the woman that Oliver told him about when his friend first arrived at Nirvani... He did laugh when Oliver told him about it though.

Leda sighed. She had managed to get away from Melissa while she was rambling on about Hogarth. She felt really bad for leaving her but she didn't want to have another conversation about how she looked in her outfit after she was done. It would just end with one of them saying no and the other saying yes for a few minutes before Leda brought up a new topic. While making sure she wasn't anywhere near the shorter girl she hadn't been paying attention to where she was going yet again. Bumping into someone she stepped back. Covering her face before mumbling, "Oh I'm sorry." She really needed to try to pay attention to her surroundings more. Removing her hand from in front of her face, she straightened out her dress and looked around. She still couldn't see Melissa. Good. Maybe she could go home and just wait for the girl at their house. She could always tell her that she didn't mean to lose her at the festival and wanted to make sure that she didn't just go home with out her. No. Melissa would know that wasn't true. At least if she got upset all she would have to do is buy the girl a new dinosaur plushie as an apology.

“All done.” And there. The smudge was officially gone. Kim removed his hands from Raul’s face, idly brushing her hands off, with a satisfied smirk on her face. She was feeling too smug about her work to bat an eye at the animosity that came from the two bitches both Raul’s mutt and Angela. She glanced over at Angela and shrugged off her threat with a chuckle. “Heh, you sure are feisty. That’s good, and don’t worry, if you’re not into padding, then your a** more than makes up for it.” Because damn, that midget sure does have a nice arse.

As he listened to Angela’s little speech towards Raul, Kim could only innocently smile. “Well, Miss Tremaine, if you want us to be that honest, we only call you that just to piss you off, but you’re more than welcome to call me Bich or Ho in return.” It would very much amuse him every single time.

.:l Beep l:.

“Pft.” Briar scoffed, crossing his arms and puffing out his chest. “Of course, I’m nervous!” Real men admitted to their feelings! “ Haha, thanks. I got this though.I just wish I was built like you. Just look at you! Man, if I weren’t straight, I’d definitely hit that.” Wait, that was awkward. Oh, well! His blunders couldn’t be retracted, so he might as well roll with it. That’s how men worked! “But in the meantime, I’m off to chat up some ladies. See you around, Rose! Find someone hot to bang!”

Well, it was more like he ran away from the conversation, but he did it in a manly way. Straight into a blonde woman. [Leda]. “Whoops! Sorry about that, Miss.” He sheepishly grinned at the other.

.:l Beep l:.

Anneliese glanced up at the man that had approached her, debating between whether or not she should glower at him to go away in her disgruntlement. Fortunately for him, she chose the latter. Instead, she went for a frown to match his smile. Idiot. Wasn’t it obvious that she wasn’t in the mood for this? Then again, his approach towards her could only mean one thing. Free food. “Dinner. You and me. If you don’t like that, then there’ll be nothing for you to do by the end of this night.” She was already plotting ahead. If this guy was taking her out to dinner, then good for her. However, if he expected her to pay, she was going to knock him out and ditch him to take care of the bill himself. If he wasn’t going to go for it at all, then she was going to make sure he was never going to have children again. Perfect.

As June watched two of the Rameri family away (growling at the one with nerve), he began to realized the impracticability of a full body costume. They were damn hot, especially carrying his two tykes with him. "It's been hectic lately after all," He spoke, leaning his head back enough for the hood of his costume to drop down. With this, June took a deep breath, cooling his head and then finishing his statement, "for me at least." If he hadn't seen his friends it was mainly due to the sudden influx of crap the man had to deal with on a daily bases. And though his child like urge to complain about his situation bubbled up, he realized no one would bother listening to those kind of problems. He sure as hell wouldn't. "But, I bet you can already figure how things have been going for me," June said as he realized the life of a father was pretty much an open book. His children took priority, that was the bottom line and the rule to his life now. June snarled at the thought, but returned his attention immediately back to Beatrice. "Things been goin' good with you?" He asked as he re-adjusted the fidgeting twins in his arms.

Well, things were getting heated fast. It was hard not to smile at Angela's threat though because, damn, that was good. If she wasn't busy putting on an act (and nearly having her eye poked out) she would have given her a round of applause. But that feeling quickly dissipated when she insinuated that they were flirting.

"F-flirt!? No. Nonono. No. No. Nonononono. No." Hell no. She didn't even realize her eye was now safe because she was too busy denying having anything to do with that b***h. She would rather die than be in even a fake relationship with someone like her. And as if that wasn't enough, Bich decided to be way too honest. She deeply respected her bravery, but at the same time, was fairly certain it was just stupidity and arrogance that made her so blunt.

"Please, ignore her. If you want me to be perfectly honest, then yes, your father is... out-there, but I tolerate it. And unlike Bich," she shot her a glare before continuing, "I am not trying to be rude, Ms. Tre--... I mean, Angela." The sucking up was painful, but it was much better than taking the risk the maid took. Besides, it was much more satisfying to express her hatred for people subtly with her actions than to tell them directly.

"Oh no. It was completely my fault. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. You're fine." She gave the man a small smile before looking around to make sure Melissa wasn't near by. Returning her attention to the man in front of her when she was sure she wasn't. Feeling a little odd about talking to the man while he was dressed like that. She knew it was a costume... but still. Not wanting to seem like she was staring she held out her hand, "I'm Leda by the way." She did want to say something else but couldn't really think of anything. Oh well... Introducing herself was good enough.

"Oh really?" Angela asked with exaggerated amazement. "I had no bloody idea! What a truly shocking revelation--I am completely flabbergasted." Lovely. A witty maid to match the witty butler. At least Naomi was tolerable, somewhat. The maid...well, her father probably just hired her because he was a lonely, slightly creepy old man.

She patted the butler's arm absently. "It's alright. I know that 'out there' is an understatement. I think it's the inbreeding. I mean, I lucked out since Father married someone who wasn't a relative but you know how English nobility is. The family trees just sort of go straight up and down--they don't really branch out a whole lot. It's got to do something to the brain after a while."

"Fortunately, I take more after my mother in the intelligence department." At that, she paused and narrowed her eyes at Kim. "And can you please not compliment my arse. Speaking creepy inbred psychopaths, you're kind of starting to sound like one."

Why...was she even standing here bickering with the maid and the butler? "Don't you have...someone else to 'impress' with your witty banter and vinyl-clad padding?"

Haruka was a loving daughter, mother, and girlfriend, but when she was unhappy, there was really little else she could focus on. She would have probably spent the rest of the night fiddling with Raiden's mustache, just because no matter how level she made it, it still looked ridiculous and she would never be content with that. When she was younger, she didn't really care much what other people thought, and to an extent this was still true, but Haruka was a perfectionist, and part of that had to do with how she appeared to other people. Her boyfriend in a dopey fake mustache and herself in a hot pink wig were not things that lived up the image of their family she tried to maintain. So she wasn't paying attention to what her mother or son were doing -- when Nanami was around, it was like she unconsciously took a break from mothering and could just be Haruka for a little bit.

She was fretting and feeling bad for herself, when Raiden called her 'Stephanie'. For a moment, she was confused, then she remembered that Stephanie was the name of this pink atrocity, and she gave her boyfriend the deepest look of anger, everything about her expression screaming 'No you don't no no no take it back right now'. "You can stay here if you'd like. Spend the night, and many other nights after it, out here, in the grass. Does that sound nice to you?" There was a slight threatening edge to her tone, and she would have probably gone to rip the fake mustache right off his smug face if he wasn't holding her hand. And like most times, the anger passed quickly, leaving just an injured pride.

Nanami smiled at Raiden and Haruka, thinking it was quite cute, them in their matching costumes, being as close as ever~ The redhead took some pride in their relationship, since if she hadn't hired Raiden, the two wouldn't have met! Well, maybe they would have, but it would have taken longer, and lord knows their courtship was long enough. And to think, Haruka had chastised her for being so sloppy in her hiring habits! Well, that sloppiness had gotten her a receptionist for over twenty years and an almost-son-in-law to boot! Nanami mused over all this as she took the picnic blanket and spread it out on the grass, glad it wasn't so windy that the corners flipped up. She set down the basket began to unpack. "Come sit down, you two! There's food!" With a few soft 'oof's, she lowered herself onto the blanket and waved the two over before settling back to look up at the mood. It didn't feel that long ago that she was coming here with her little daughter, dressed up like a duchess (Haruka always resisted stereotypical things like princesses) or a burglar. Nanami was older now, her joints were stiff and sore, and she couldn't see as well as she used to, but the moon was just as pretty as it was then.

Ayaka smoothed out her skirt as she smiled up at her fiance. She liked her... whatever they were to her, but to be honest, she liked it best when it was just her and Dodge. One-on-one time, time to talk and do things just the two of them, was rare, and she liked to be able to walk with him and have him look at no one else. She didn't mind sharing, most of the time, but that didn't mean she couldn't appreciate getting him all to herself. She was a selfish girl, but that was just her personality. "Maybe... When we in Japan, we go to otsukimi," she said pleasantly, happy that he had listened to her explain her culture. Sometimes it was lonely, not really understanding things. But that was one of those things she liked about Dodge, he was good at listening. "Are you hungry Dodgy-san? Dinner long time, ne," she agreed, feeling a little peckish since it had been a little while since they had eaten. Glancing around, she spotted what looked like food tables, and began to walk. "What do you want eat? Are there special-u Pumpukin Moon Festibal foods?" Food had been one of the more interesting things for her. It was just so different!
