xoxoxoxoxoxoxxoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox Oliver couldn't help it this time. He tried to hide his smile and picked up his bags. Trying to figure out which way he had to go now. It was a little hard to decide which way to go at first. He could go in the direction that this woman came from or the opposite way. The opposite would probably be best. Who knows how many crazies he would run into in the other direction. And Oliver felt like he had dealt with enough of whatever this was for today. He just wanted to get to his new home and maybe play a few songs with his best friend before he had to go to work. Maybe unpack a bit. Spend time with Penelope? He wouldn't like that very much. Maybe he'd go out and try to find his own job or get a puppy. There was a lot of things he could do today but first he really had to get away from this. At least before the girl gets really upset.. He didn't want to stick around for that.

Now, Lilia was used to being carried around. She had people do it for her all the time whenever she wasn't feeling like walking up the stairs to bed or even just to move her the few feet from her chair by the window to her bed when it was too late to really move all by herself. So, the ruffian lifting her and carrying her away wasn't too abnormal of a thing, even if the manhandling would have had her throwing a queen-sized fit because there was such a risk that they could damage her delicate skin and who in their right minds would stand for that? A Sonata surely wouldn't! But, however used to being lifted away she was, she still wasn't calm in the least because she knew that this could only lead to two things. Kidnapping or.. or, well, kidnapping! Either her beauty had enamored him to try to force her into marriage (Which would be a better fate than marrying that cur her father had forced on her, ugh.) or he realized how much riches she had and was planning to put her up for ransom.
Either way, she couldn't allow her reputation to stand for it! So, she kicked and threw out command after command to get him to put her down, ignoring whatever stupidity he was directing at her because that wasn't important! Her needs were important and oh Goddess she couldn't breath, what was happening, why couldn't she breath, he was going to kill her, oh Goddess-- She surfaced with a wail, flailing her limbs before figuring out there was a tall man in the perfect position to keep her from death and proceeded to wrap her limbs around him so she could hoist herself up. "Get me out of here now." She hissed at him after a fit of coughing to get any of that dreadful water from her lungs. Ugh, why couldn't she just get rid of this entire stupid ocean?! She dug her nails into his shirt, all of which at serious risk of breaking but she wasn't going to focus on that when she was so close to death's door and everyone was laughing at her too. She was absolutely furious as she observed the people on shore, biting her lip hard at them and glaring daggers as best as she could in her current predicament. "I'm going to kill all of them and I'll start with you if you don't release me at once." She needed to go home, get changed, and sob into her pillow before January or Ferdinando came in to catch her because she would never be able to live with herself if she had to be reminded of this ever again.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxxoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox Too late. She was already really upset. He could hear Lilia screaming at the other man to get her out of the water and something about killing all of them. Did he really have to be included? Oliver sighed. Walking away even though he had no idea where he would end up. Maybe that was a good thing. He could at least explore the area that he had to call home now. Although if this was home he hoped not everyone was as crazy as the people he just met. Maybe he just wanted to have a normal life now. Especially after everything that happened at home with his former friends. Taking one more look behind him before he officially left he wondered how the whole thing was going to end here. Well he could always find out later.. maybe? Well it shouldn't be too hard to find out if he really wanted to.

"I'm sorry," Sethrian said, lips twitching into an almost-smile. Damn. That had been so very satisfying even if it meant he got wet as well. But if she was going to insist on being a snide little cow, he was certainly not regret making look like a bedraggled field rat as payment for her treating him like a second class citizen. "But the thing is, I can't." He smirked down at the woman clinging to his shirt. "You did not say the magic word." He flinched slightly, when Lilia's nails dug into him, and he tried to pry her hands off his shirt. From the way she was sputtering and clinging to him, he was going to assume she couldn't swim though. Even though they weren't that deep, he should probably not let go of her. Teaching her humility was one thing--causing her to get dragged out to sea was something entirely different. "And I can't very well let you go when you're the one clinging to me. Unless you'd like to go for another swim?" "Otherwise, I suggest you ask nicely. And say please. Or swim to shore on your own."

Pft. Harness or not, Morgan was relieved to finally be released from that leash. This just meant that he could just go home and try to work his way out of this thing. Either way, he had freedom now. Also, since one of the guys [ Sethrian] took liberty to drag the crazy woman into the water, then Morgan had no need to act out his plan to swim far far away. So much thanks went to that man. He'd definitely have to send him a gift basket or something, but for now, Morgan was going to run for it while he had the chance, and run away he did. [ Exits ]

Why wasn't she on dry ground yet?! Was this peasant insane or did he really not understand an order - ugh, she had to go with the latter considering the series of events that lead up to this. Very well, then. She was just going to have to educate him on how to follow a command considering he was too stupid to do it on his own. She was wet and that was uncomfortable and all, but she was slowly getting used to the water temperature, so she could probably hold out longer than this weak-willed peasant.
"No." She said with all the firmness of a toddler, "You're going to swim us both back to shore, carry me into my carriage, and apologize for everything." That was pretty clear, she thought, but it was hard to tell when dealing with the commoners. "I may let you choose your death date if you do so now. Who knows? I may even let you help with the invitations - though I don't think you would have any family to invite."

"No," Sethrian said, "I'm not. And if you threaten me with bodily harm again, I may well open a police report against you before returning you to whatever loony bin you escaped from." As he spoke, Sethrian carefully started to pry Lilia's hands off his clothes, fairly certain her fingernails were taking some of his skin along with them (ow...this was not the way to get passionate claw marks from a woman, that was certain. Owww. He had a feeling he would be spending the evening cleaning the salt out of the gouges left by her fake nails). "You are going to begin acting like a Human being instead of an enraged bovine or you will simply swim yourself back to shore," he informed Lilia, finally freeing himself from her. "In fact, I believe I shall be taking my leave now, thank you. Good bye." With that, he gave her a little shove away from him (slightly toward the beach and to the side since he didn't want her to wash out to sea...well, he did actually but since that could get him into trouble, he supposed he'd have to ensure she didn't) and started back toward the beach alone. Really. Who the hell did this woman think she was? Besides Genghis Khan apparently.

To her shock, the man still refused her! Her eyes widened for a moment, before the insult registered and she was back into 'nobly enraged' mode. She was fairly certain that 'bovine' was not a term a peasant flirted with, so she could only take it at face value. Then again, she had been neglecting her commoner studies for weeks, so maybe it was something she should feel mildly flattered and only slightly disgusted with.
But that was only a little part of her anger, after all - he was leaving her to die. Her! The head of the Sonata family! Even if he serenaded her, she couldn't bring herself to react in any way that wasn't fueled by rage. Before she could really explain to him why what he did was a mistake, she had already sunk into the water again. She at least remembered to hold her breath before she went completely under, but that was beside the point! Her eyes were an irritated red as she bounced back up out of the water, hair a complete, tangled mess, and the twisted snarl she had on wasn't exactly flattering as she used all the strength of years of ballet training to leap at the man and hopefully drag him under. She wouldn't sully her hands with murder when there was a photographer nearby, but she wouldn't allow the Sonata name to be dishonored either! Some drowning should help~

Sethrian was on his way away from Lilia, intending to leave her there in the retreating tide, when something struck his back and hung there like dead weight. It took him a moment to realize it was Lilia, and she was clinging to him like a deranged monkey. Seth angrily spun around, trying to claw her arms off his shoulders. "Get off," he said flatly, managing to catch her wrist. "I don't care who you are, you don't treat people like this." He was, of course, forgetting that most people didn't throw someone in the ocean for insulting them either. Then again, she'd hit him first so Seth suspected he had a right to throw her in the ocean. Unfortunately, he wasn't quite able to pry her off since he couldn't really reach her and she was disturbingly good at monkey death-grips. So Sethrian did the only thing any self-respecting man with a woman on his back while standing in the sea would do. He took a deep breath and sat down in the ocean. Now, the water wasn't actually all that deep. It currently, was no higher than his waist when standing. But of course that meant it was well over his head when sitting. He actually expected Lilia to do the intelligent thing and let go of him and stand up on her own (despite that the whole 'do this thing on your own' thing seemed to kind of elude her). Lilia, however, was either extremely stubborn, or extremely stupid. She held for dear life. He could hear the muffled, watery sound of her gagging on seawater, but Seth was determined not to surface until she either let go, or he ran out of air. He actually thought the latter would happen first until her arms went strangely limp. Finally! He was heading for the surface when he realized she was, well, starting to float away. Augh! Really? The little idiot had actually held on until she'd lost consciousness!? What sort of inconceivably stupid--Sethrian made a blind flail toward her through the water in a moment of panicked fury grabbing her arms just before the current carried her out of reach. He yanked the psychotic (and possibly dead) woman against his chest and dragged her to the surface, sputtering and coughing himself, as he gulped in air. Tucking Lilia under one arm, Sethrian stalked to the beach--as well as one could stalk while wading through gallons of foamy water and holding an unconscious woman. As he threw her to the wet sand, muttering curses and insults under his breath, Sethrian fumbled in his pocket for something he had a sinking feeling he was going to need in a few seconds. Kneeling beside Lilia, a very frustrated Seth laid his head against her chest to see if she was breathing. She was...he paused. Why was her chest...soggy? He knew he should be worried about the fact she wasn't breathing but her boobs really did squish very oddly when he checked for breathing. That in itself was kind of concerning. So Seth kind of poked one experimentally and it definitely squished in a decidedly spongy manner. It was almost as if it was actually made of tissue rather than flesh. Oh Lord. He shook his head. This woman. Seth pinched the bridge of his nose and, with a strangled sigh, held the little box from his pocket to his lips, tapping a delicious white mint into his mouth. This was not what he signed up for when he came onto the island but he was sure as hell going to try to make the best of it now that he was here. With water running in rivulets from his tousled black curls, and soaking his blue shirt against his finely chiseled muscles, Sethrian leaned over Lilia, hand cupping her feminine jaw as he tilted her head back and brushed her soaked hair off her face with his strong, masculine fingers. There were little sparkling drops of water clinging to her dark lashes and her cheeks--so recently flushed in anger--were pale and freezing cold. The sun was setting behind him, casting the backdrop of the sky in rosy pinks as their shadows lengthened across the damp sand of Nirvani. Seth leaned down, eyes intently focused on her parted lips (which were turning kind of blue). The world around them went silent as he leaned closer... And pinched her nose viciously before unceremoniously placing his mouth over hers and blowing an angry puff of air into her lungs. He set both hands firmly on her chest and pumped three times. Each time he did so, her obviously stuffed bra squished out rivulets of water and soggy bits of tissue. It would have been enough to make him laugh if not for the fact she was kind of not breathing. Another puff of air--more pumping her heart to get it going again. And with each pump-- squish, squish, squish.Breathe, squish, squish, squish. Breathe, squish, squish, squish. And finally...finally, the woman began to cough, sea water spilling out of her mouth as Sethrian rolled her to her side. He flopped next to her, the back side of his hand rubbing against his mouth. "Idiot..."

The last thing Lilia remembered, she had been clinging stubbornly to the slave boy because she was a Sonata and she was destined to win. She held onto that notion so tightly that, upon first waking up with hacks and a minty taste in her mouth, she had assumed success. Her vision was blurred, but she knew that she had won this contest and that the servant was officially hers to command~! She had almost smiled in that cocky manner of hers when she realized something was amiss.
No, no, it wasn't that the boy she had knighted had ran off - good knights were so hard to find these days - or that the boy she had caught for her carriage never did return, but that there was a weight missing. Her hand went to her chest and - oh, no, no, no, she was flat. Soggy, wet tissues of the finest quality had been compressed into a flat, malformed mess. She trembled, though she wasn't sure if it was anger or what that caused it, and jumped to her feet with a loud sniff. Before the first streaks of tears could run, she had already dashed off into her carriage. ..Which had no one to pull it, she had realized moments afterward, which meant she had to sneakily go out the other side and dash off towards the mansion. They could retrieve the carriage later, she had a reputation to save!

Ash Locksley Under the shadows of nightfall, floating through the darkness over the calm waters, a small boat drifted ashore towards the island's harbour. It wasn't that of the usual boats which docked here (especially at this hour). For below deck in a cargo hold rested a young brown haired male with a white mare and a large shepherd / collie dog. Of the trio it appeared that the mare remained calmed and somehow put the other two companions at ease. Her master was dressed in different hues of greens and white while their canine friend had brown red-ish fur. Muffled groans filled the air as the cowboy slumped onto the floor, feeling a but queezy in his stomach.
"How much longer...?" Ashton Locksley (or simply 'Ash') scanned the darkness surrounding him and the two animals. He never did like sailing or being stuck in a confined space for too long. His canine (Okami) whimpered and pranced from one end of the cargo hold to the other. Meanwhile the mare (Namine') gave a soft snort and moved to rest on her feet. What felt like an eternity had only been minutes before the boat slowed to a stop. Not another word or sound was spoken as Ash bolted up onto his feet and hurried in the dark to tack up his mare. With a sense of touch the cowboy was able to buckle on her saddle, reins, lead, and saddlebags with ease.
"aarrff aarrff aarrff" Okami barked and suddenly bounced around with excitement. "Alright alright, I'm comin'," Ash grumbled softly. Only to the animals did he speak softer. If it were any human being he'd growl and snap in reply. As soon as Namine' was tacked up he reached out to grasp hold of her lead and guided her up on deck, Okami bounding at their feet. "aarrff aarrff" Paused in thought Ash inhaled deeply to feel the night air fill his lungs as hazel eyes peered up to the sky above. Then with a growled thanks to the ship's crew he strutted down the gangplank, followed by his companions. What sounded like a celebration in the distance instantly caught the canine's attention. Ears perked upright he listened and sniffed the air. Echoes and scents tickled his senses. "aarrff" His tail started to wag in a blur.
The second boots, hooves, and paws touched the sandy shore Ash moved to hoist himself up onto the saddle. Instinctively both hands tied the lead rope snug and then took hold of the reins. "What is it boy?" he realized that something had Okami's interest. Whatever it was it looked to be coming north of the beach. "Hah!" With a swift kick and tug on the reins he commanded Namine' to turn about and proceed onward at a brisk trot. The canine wasn't too far behind the duo. In a whisp of sand this trio disappeared into the shadows towards the town and its celebrating townsfolk.

What better way to spend a date than checking out a boat. It had been far too long since Xeiro had been on a boat and he was excited to be near one again. He had never been enough of a boat person to get his own, but he could enjoy the ride the few times he had had the pleasure of being on one. Cars were always much more of his forte, though he had given up that love on the island. The great loss of his Panamera had felt like some sort of an omen or something. It also seemed pretty silly to spend that much money on something that just collected dust. So, he had resorted to using his good ole legs, as he was right now. He glanced over at his date occasionally and worked on keeping up a friendly face. It was weird to be walking around with a girl and having these perfect opportunities to look down at her and not taking them. Not that he didn't want to take them. There was certainly nothing wrong with this girl or her ...assets. He just didn't feel right taking advantage of his height. With her. Right at this moment. Oh this was such a weird feeling. He wasn't used to thinking that he needed to monitor his vision.
His hands were fumbling around with the change and keys in his pocket. He had been thinking the last few seconds on how to explain him ending up on the island. It wasn't that it was a very hard story for him to talk about, not anymore anyway. It was just that he didn't remember much of the time directly before leaving home. It was probably best to just leave that part out and act like he had been coherent. "My parents died when I was in my 20s. My sisters didn't handle it very well, so I sold the house and took the inheritance and moved here. It was a beautiful little place to run off to and it seemed to help them." He shrugged his shoulders and smiled down at her. "Do you mind me asking how you wound up here?" He knew that he hadn't seen either her or her father much before recently, so it seemed safe to assume that they were new to the area. He looked forward again, happy to see that they were getting closer to the harbor. The walking and small-talking was a bit more awkward then he imagined the awe and small-talk near the boat would probably be.

"Oh, you know the story," Angela said dryly. "The poor little rich girl who got tired the rules and etiquette and decided to go it alone. I grew up with just my mum and after she died, my rich father showed up and carted me off to a mansion with servants. And I never quite got used to being Lady Angela Tremaine so I left as soon as I could. And my father followed me." "He was only supposed to be staying until I was settled in, but then he bought the bloody winery and decided to stay."She turned to look at Xeiro, smirking up at him playfully. "What?" she asked in mock surprise. "You're over thirty? I can't believe that!" She pointed ahead, to the boat moored at the docks. It wasn't like there were many other there, but the one she pointed to had the name 'Lady Helene.' "There she is. She looks pretty good considering my father's barely been out recently--probably needs a good clean up though."

Remilia Nate Ironfist Waking up slowly Remilia realized he was still on the boat as a chill went down his spine from metal of the ship that his back was against. Standing slowly he grabbed the fireman's style ax that was laying next to him. "Thank the gods that Birtha wasn't taken from me," mumbling to himself as he heard the siren of the ship pulling up to dock at the docks. "Poor class really is poor class," mumbling again as he stretched, cracking several of his bones as he stood up he hefted the sheathed ax to his shoulder and pulled his last cigarette out. "Dam last one," saying as he lit it with his silver lighter. Feeling the boat come to a stop Remilia braced himself while making his way to the top deck. "What a good day to be alive and be able to breath the clean air," saying a bit loudly while making his way to the exit of the ship. Walking slowly down the peer his tall height towered over a few people, standing six foot he let out a large puff of smoke as his cigarette was just about done. Ignoring most surroundings his coat was unzipped showing no shirt under it, and picking up no luggage it was easily assumed that he was poorer than any person on the ship. Having his knee crack he walked slowly to the end of the pier in hopes to find a place to crash for a bit. 'Hope this little bit is enough for a place to stay at for a night.' Thinking to himself as he slowly left the pier heading towards town.(exits to town square)
