Adam's private quarters, set off separate from the rest of the facility.

The apartment is fully functional, with its own study and library and outside communications, kitchen (which, of course, is never used), and restroom/bathroom.

Nearby is his locked "armory", which contains all the weapons he has collected. It is bolted down my a massive vault, unable to open either inside or out, the only access by magical seal.

Adam, out of most things, hated mornings.

While it was true he hated and despised a number of things, mornings usually topped the list on an ironically, daily schedule. The berating, nervous maid coming to wake him and escort the "trash" of last night out and off somewhere unrecognized and foreign. The breakfast hastily prepared and subtly filled with malcontent, not so much as to what a normal person would recognize. A number of things.

The 20 something man grumbled and sat up to drink his tea.

It wasn't so much the mornings he hated; he had always enjoyed watching the sunrise as a child. It was more so the people that he had to deal with, put on a charming face when in reality he wanted nothing more than to bestow upon them the same bitterness he experienced. For some reason, this made him chuckle a bit. It was difficult being a sociopath.

Ironic and entirely paradoxical. How extraordinarily sweet.

He scratched his scarred and toned chest, looking to his phone. Perhaps he had ought to give Mr. Baird a call. To check up on things and whatnot.
