Personality: Kind towards his friends but a total Jerk to people who make fun of him for having an odd hobby.

Abilities: Strategist, he's good with making plans and with his physical routine he's been doing since childhood he's physically stronger then the average person. (that's it no special powers)
Bio: He had met Michiru (Michelle in english dub) when they were children and goes to the same school as her. Though he enjoys his physical routine he is not stereotyped ad the "Typical Jock" as he doesn't do team sports and would much rather sharpen his mind rather then his physical body and thinks that team sports are a waste of time. Time he he could use for his hobby of studying supernatural and odd incidences around the city.
With his hobby comes study of the Sailor Senshi (sailor scouts) as well. Though most pass this off as a silly concept he finds the unknown fascinating. And will take in what he can find out about the scouts into consideration in an attempt to discover their identities.
Within school his club activity is very limited. only joining the musical club as the classical music Michiru composes and plays relaxes him and helps him concentrate and he's often seen wandering the halls with a CD recording of several of her musical songs playing through his headphones, much to the dismay of the teachers.
He's been offered a spot in several clubs including some you'd expect him to join. He turned down all the sports clubs including swimming as he's not comfortable with showing off his body and dislikes being a part of a team. He has turned down the paranormal studies and d exclaim etective clubs merely stating that he didn't have time to waste on their silly antics,And despite his sharp mind refused to join the chess club because it would've given them an "unfair advantage."
The only other student he really talks to is Michiru, and people often joke that they were going out. However he sees her on an intellectual level, instead of a sexual one like the other boys do, and isn't interested in her romantically. Though, they are often seen hanging out and doing stuff together.

Ninja Sixth Sense: Kage having spent his previous life as a spy and his current life as a ninja had developed a sixth sense similar to the one you'd see in the Tenchu games. He can sense the rough location [within limits] and intent of the person, but not who they are, or what their thoughts are.

Items: A lock of Princess Pluto's hair which he charishes, whether she gave it to him or he somehow stole it is a mystery in itself.
First Attack Name: Shadow Clones: Kage can create up to 4 Shadows clones that respond to his mental commands, they are purely made from Shadow and cannot do any physical harm, but are effective as an art of confusion. The clones look exactly like how Kage does. If a Shadow clone is hit by an attack, it will act as if Kage was injured himself by the attack. If a Clone is killed by an attack it will simply dissipate.
Second Attack Name: Shadow Melding: Kage can command nearby shadows to enshroud him in darkness to cover him from being spotted by enemies. Kage must be in a place with abundant shadow for this to work, as the shadows will cover his whole body. He can see out of the shadows and only those that can see in the dark can see through the cover.
Third Attack Name: Shadow Disguise: Kage if given enough time to study a target can have the shadows disguise him as his studied target. While his voice will sound like the target, he still must adopt the mannerisms of that person in order to pull off an effective bluff at being that person. In the case of disguising himself as someone with powers, he cannot use any of that person's powers.
Fourth Attack Name: Shadow Blade: Kage summons the power of Shadow into the weapon he currently holds in his hand. If an enemy is struck by the weapon the shadow element will cause a blinding effect to occur. He must reactivate the power with each weapon used [in the case of projectile/missile weapons]. If Kage is disarmed or drops a weapon the effect for that weapons ends immediately.
Character Background/History: A spy working for the moon kingdom having infiltrated earth for the purpose of gathering intelligence/information for the Moon Kingdom. While on his down time, he constantly pursued Princess Pluto, being quite in love with her. Although with her love for Prince Endymion, Kage never stood a chance and was constantly humiliated by her. Although he never gave up on winning her heart [no matter what she did to him.] During the attack on the Moon Kingdom, Kage had infiltrated the ranks of Beryl's army attempting to get close to assassinate her. Kage attacked but was no match for Beryl/Metelia and was killed, being resurrected along with the rest of the Moon Kingdom's citizens.
Currently Akuen has opened a Ninjutsu Academy nearby Rei's temple and has been gathering students [even unknowingly stealing some from Rei's temple]. This is his front and base of operations for him to go out and search for his love, and hopefully win her heart in this life time. Akuen is aware of his past life as Kage, having regain his lost memories of his previous life through many years of meditation.
Writer's Note: Kage wasn't a Ninja during the days of the Moon Kingdom, merely a spy. When he was reborn as Akuen on Earth, he was born into a family of ninjas hence where he gained his training.

Transformation Item: Nova Glaive blades are a bit longer than his palm and made of a crystalline form of amber that is somehow denser than steel while the two inch wide inner core is made of a golden red metal with a ruby crystal in the center that seems to glow with an inner fire.
Transformation Sequence: Tendrils of gold and crimson light swirl around him rapidly before forming into his weighted armor, though his hair for some reason changes color from dark blue to reddish gold with navy tips while his eyes turn a deep crystalline teal.

Weapons - Energy Blades that can be summoned at will.
Attacks: Nova Barrage - Takes the form of energy focused into Ryu's hands and is released in a quartet of harmless spheres of light that detonate into flares of light when impacted by any projectile or physical attack.
Nova Spears - Takes the form of narrow blades that are held between the fingers and can absorb ambient light to become explosive. As a downside, an enemy that can manipulate shadows or if the attack is done in a dark alley, it will do less damage than normal.
Twilight Thunder - Enables Ryu to draw in ambient light (1 post charge time) and release it as a blast of indigo-black lightning at the enemy.
Bio: Will be revealed in RP, though he did die alongside the Inner Senshi as one of the few that made it in time to warn them about the Dark Kingdom in the Silver Millennium. He was reborn with everyone else.
