"You two really need to behave yourselves!"
Between AJ bickering with Kilju and Mai Tai's endless and needless worrying over what they might encounter during their trip, Candy was reaching the end of her rope with her children. The only one who had managed to stay quiet, surprisingly, was her adopted child, Minho. He seemed to realize that he was lucky to be coming along, and trotted beside his new mom in silence, only ever so often letting out a tap when a bird swooped down from a tree. It was hard, but he did it.
"Oh come on mom, he's saying Legolas is better than Aragorn! And that my name shoulda been LJ!" AJ shot his eldest brother a dirty look, to which Kilju only shrugged, his eyes betraying the smirk behind his mask.
"Just sayin' Legolas is a hot elf is all. Babby bro's getting his panties in a bunch." Kilju snickered, just barely prancing out of the way as AJ made a dive for one of his legs with his sharp little fangs.
"C-come on you two, Mommy's tired of you arguing..." Mai Tai whispered almost too quietly, keeping pace with both her mother and Minho. "B-besides, w-we all know th--"
"Honey...Let's not egg them on..." Candy sighed, stepping up the pace just enough to catch up to her two boys, swooping down to pick AJ up by the scruff. Although his lack of growth worried her sometimes, Candy was somewhat thankful he had stayed small; It made it easier for her to separate him from anyone he was going to fight with.
"You guys need to behave when we get to Uncle Dai's. You have cousins to meet and so help me if you start a fight..."
Although Candy let the threat hang, all of her children knew she didn't have it in her to do anything to them. Nonetheless, aside from childish sibling squabbling, none of them had it in them to upset her. Of course they would be on their best behavior.
