Personality/Mannerism: Flavio is that guy who laughs at his own jokes even when most of them are not funny. The one who is always pushing others to become great and keep up with him. Occasionally comes off as arrogant when he's simply trying to help others figure out or improve upon a technique; mainly raiton ninjutsu.
Facial Features: Dark turquoise eyes, no notable scars or markings on his face, but does where a tiny bandage on his right cheek. Has a tiny bit of his left earlobe missing.
Physique: A young delicate lean frame with strong legs. He has an evenly distributed length between his upper body and legs. Chest is not very pronounced with clothes on, but slightly more pronounced when shirtless.

This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy.[1] The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity.[2] The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique) ~ E Rank
This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all
• Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)~ E Rank
While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.
• Kumo Keba no Jutsu (Cloud Wisp Technique)~ D Rank
A scouting technique forming warm air into his hands the Cloud-Nin creates a cloud that is infused with chakra, the entire process takes a post in itself, after forming the cloud the nin loses all form of mental consciousness and the cloud flies away. This little wispling of cloud is now controlled by the nin who has lost consciousness it hears and sees all that is near the cloud. More often times then not the ghosts many foreign shinobi claimed to of seen in The Gate is nothing more then a shinobi using this technique, the wispling looks like a slight misty ball and some could even see the face of the nin form into it giving it a more ghost-like appearance. Destroying it is very easy, physical attacks, ninjutsu almost anything can dispel the technique returning the nin to consciousness, but a horrible weakness this wisp does have is that if one were to use genjutsu on the probe it immediately dispels and the user is afflicted with the genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.
• Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)~ D Rank
After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
• Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)
A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.

Headband Style: Short band, enough to fit around this arm with a slight adjustment as needed.
Clothing: Wears a light tan sleeveless shirt with a bunched up wrap around the neckline. A light brownish belt strap is wrapped long ways down his torso with three belts to hold it in place. On each arm is a wrapping that falls below his shoulders and ends just before his wrist. Also on each arm is two thin black fabric wraps around his elbows. His headband rests just above this fabric on his upper left arm. At his hips is a black straightened sash with two thin grayed layers of fabric hanging down from that. His pants are black and cuffed below his knee where the top of his shoes rest.

Background:
What can be said of Flavio Ricci? He had a standard life of the child of retired shinobi. Trained like everyone else, played like everyone else, and dreamed about being a legendary shinobi like everyone else that he knew. In this world the only thing that he thought that made his average life special was having an older brother who had rose through the ranks to become an Anbu. Flavio believed more than anything that his big brother was going to become one of the greatest ninja the world had ever seen, especially since Flavio did not believe that he was all that great. His brother was talented, he was charismatic, people always seemed to instantly love him, yet it seemed that fate was not on his side.
When Flavio was 10 years old his brother was struck down in a battle against high ranking missing nin. After that all he could hear from others that this was his fate to die and that nothing his brother could do would change that. He was not in charge of his own life. Flavio grew to detest hearing this over and over. He vowed that his life would be his own from that day forward. To him this meant becoming stronger than anyone expected him to be in his lifetime. A smile would remain on his face through it all as he charged forward to the life that only he desired and controlled by him.
