Item Mechanics: The inside of the robe holds many pockets used to store different ninja tools or rations, it also made from a material that conducts lightning base chakra. The outer layer of the rub is made from slick materials that not only cause water to slide off but also conducts lightning base chakra from the owner, causing a weak layer of lightning chakra to be fused into the robe when worn. The lightning chakra can not be seen as it is with in the layer between the outer and inner layers of the robe which acts like a hidden cloak. The robe with the lightning chakra gives the user protection from weak thrown throwing tools such as Shuriken and other small base throwing weapons. As being charged with the chakra it also delivers a rather weak but effective shock to people who try to get in close range to punch at any part of the body cover by the robe, when shocked its enough to cause them to stumble backwards from surprise but not enough to stun them.
Example Performance: As the hidden mist battle carries on between Drake and his clone he listens carefully as he waits for the clones next move. A moment later a kunai flies from the mist striking Drake in the back, but due to the lightning chakra in the robe it slowed the kunai to the point that it was more of a hard poke. Drake frowns as he spins around pulling his arm into his robe grabbing a kunai, he then infuses it with his chakra causing the kanji for "explode" to appear on it, pushing his hand back threw his sleeve he tosses the kunai with great force threw the mist. A moment later a cry of pain can be heard and Drake smiles behind his mask as he makes the ram hand seal causing the kunai which has embedded into the clones chest to explode.

Item User: Byakurai Raijin
Item Title: Storm King
Type: Chakra Enhancer
Looks: Storm King (Cape)
Item Mechanics: Increases power of Storm Release techniques, while decreasing chakra consumption. This is achieved by the users lightning and water chakra being mixed together within the body through the gem locked in the cape, and becoming increased by twofold. However, it has a time limit of 3-5 minutes (3-5 posts), and after the time runs out, the users chakra is greatly depleted, and a rest period must occur if the user is to use techniques again. It is also a one-shot item, as it must recharge for a day after use.
Example Performance: As Byakurai stands off aganst his own clone, the clone does a few hand seals, creating the Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration technique, and it's katana became charged with lightning. The clone then charges Byakurai, but all the young Raijin does is smile, touching the necklace he wore. It was blue in color, attached to a small cape that Byakurai wore over his shoulders. By the simple touch of his hand, the special gem that was held in the middle of the necklace began to glow. If one could see Byakurai's chakra network, they could see that the chakra inside him began to increase production, and change from light-blue color to a deep, resonating purple. Power began to extrude from the young Raijin, and could be felt from a distance pretty well. Smiling even more now, Byakurai did a few hand seals, using the Sorm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave technique. The cassic storm cloud of Storm Release chakra expelled from his body at a much more increased rate, and the lightning crackling and hissing throughout the cloud was more powerfukl, even at a glance. The clone had no where to go, having charged Byakurai in a head-on assault, and was instantly destroyed by the lightning. 'Too bad I can only use Storm Release techniques in this state....' Byakurai thought with a chuckle, ending the technique and touching the necklace's gem once more, ending its glow as well.

Item User: Byakurai Raijin
Item Title: Lightning Lash
Type: Weapon
Looks: Lightning Lash (Rigid Blade)
Item Mechanics: A straight sword with a pitch black blade amd yellow wrap around the blade that has been forge from a meteorite thus making the metal stronger then even black steel which gives it the highest durability of its type. The metal also works well with chakra for when its user channels chakra through the blade to increase the cutting power of the blade. Infused lightning chakra gets a even stronger power boost thanks to the yellow wrap around the blade itself, which is made of special material that vibrates at a higher frequentcy than any other metal, thus when the vibrations of lighting chakra is added to it, it becomes even stronger, because of the way the metal was forged.
Example Performance: Byakurai watched his Shadow Clone carefully, waiting for it's next move. It drew it's katana in a lur, and jumped high into the air, once again covering it's blade with Wave of Inpiration. The young Raijin knew that if he did same, he would lose the match, because the clone was using gravity to gain momentum and force, so that he could crush him in one shot. So Byakurai drew his trusty sword Lightning Lash, a sword made from the meteorite steel found at the blacksmith shop in Amegakure. The blade was a pitch-black color, and it had a yellow-colored metal wrap around it. The yellow metal, or Lightning Metal as Byakurai liked to call it, made the blade hum a pure, quiet tone, as if it was itching for battle. Byakurai then used the Wave of Inspiration himself. Lightning Lash's hum increased to a higher pitch, as well as it's frequency increasing. The very air around Byakurai was vibrating,an the usually white lightning that would form around his weapon was a powerful, much more concetrated blue. With a battle cry, Byakurai swung Lightning Lash at his descending clone, going not only straight though his clone's katana, but throught the clone itself, which disappeared in a puff of smoke. Sheathing his sword, Byakurai chuckled again, then started walking away, back home for a good rest.
