For most problems I'd consult the Zelda Dungeon website. There you will find informative and detailed text walkthroughs, video walkthroughs, guides, side quest help, treasure help and much more for nearly every Legend of Zelda Game.

For Let's Plays I'd recommend Chuggaconroy, he is a completionist so you won't have to worry about missing any items or quests if you follow along. However he only has LPs for 3 Zelda games at the moment:
